Experience 10/10. Very friendly treatment and absolute sincerity about the treatments, without a doubt very professional girls.

I put one star because the people who serve the center are very kind, they have always treated me very well, but I am very disappointed because I went to the center in March 2022 for an evaluation and that day they gave me a free procedure which was very good In the evaluation, the person who treated me, at the time she was in charge of the center from what I understood, not a doctor, sold me a treatment worth 1521 euros, I took it because it guaranteed results and two years have passed and The only result I saw was for four months that my wrinkles disappeared (the effect of botox is normal), but during the treatment they told me that I should take three sessions of chemical peeling and that my spots would disappear but, in the first session I did not see no change starting with the fact that I was treated by a different doctor than the one who carried out my treatment, they did not schedule an appointment for the next peeling until I contacted the center again, the manager of the center treated me (she is a very good person) the case is I went to the second peeling session and I commented that I didn't see any changes, and the first doctor who was treating me treated me again and she told me that with that peel I wouldn't have any notable results that I should get a stronger one that cost 600 euros, having Taking into account that I had already paid a lot of money, I made the decision to tell him no, that I had already invested in it and if I had no other options then I should apply it, with that already 400 euros lost, for the last session I decided that I did not want peeling Since I didn't see results and so I asked the price of the botox, they told me that there was a promotion for a botox for 350 euros that included an oxy, I told them that I wanted to pay the 200 euros for the peeling that was missing and that they would give me a better botox, They accepted but without giving me the promotion, I accepted and went to an appointment for Botox, they changed the doctor again, I told them no, that I had already made it clear that I wanted to continue the treatment with the doctor who was treating me from the beginning, the girl The person who attended to me told me that she only came on specific days so that she could pay for the procedure when she returned. I told her that I had already paid 200 euros, that I was not going to give more money until I had the appointment. The fact is that they did not assign me appointment, the girl seemed that the only thing that mattered to her at the moment was that she paid, I mentioned what was missing from the procedure, which were other dermapen sessions that should have been done last year and it is time for nothing. In conclusion, the staff is very friendly, but they only care about paying, after paying they don't care about keeping track of the treatment, seeing if there really are results, a year has passed and the only thing they have applied to me is botox and two peelings, the rest I don't know when because due to the weather it won't be possible anymore, I would like them to refund my money. A few days ago I went to a demo of an easy treatment, I left very happy and thinking about returning, my surprise was the super allergic reaction that the products they used on me gave me on my face. I'm not a person who usually gets pimples or anything, and right now I don't even know where to go.
I went to get a diagnosis They saw me and recommended what best suited me. They did a radiofrequency session on me, you have very good technology and with very good results, it is very relaxing and the atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. For the sake of the people who read this comment, I do not recommend this place at all, not because of bad treatment or bad attention, but because of the lack of professionalism of the superiors and the big lie behind their actions. I have been asking for a cancellation of a treatment that I cannot receive for a problem I have for about 4 months, and they do nothing but ignore me and charge me money for something I am not receiving. I have tried everything by chance, I have been educated and it has been of no use because they do not cancel the treatment, nor do they return the money to the financier (Sabadell Consumer). What a bitter experience in this place!!!!!!! Why won't human beings understand the good things? It is necessary to report it, for me and so that another day it does not happen to another deluded person like me. It's a shame for the good people who work at the center, but they should close, because this problem goes beyond me, many clients are in the same situation. The following week I undergo the first injectable, the doctor tells me that I am going to be more swollen, so don't be afraid that it will go down later (perfect without a problem), the treatment was told that it would be done every 15 days or once a month, Depending on the body, well, I'm swollen, they do the cavitation but they can't do the pressotherapy because I was leaving work late and they gave me time for only one of the two things, instead of putting the prisoner on me for another day they do something like If it didn't matter, I went to my 3rd cavitation and I had not released the liquid, I was super swollen which they realized and convinced me to take maderotherapy (which I thought would be good for me) they didn't tell me anything else and I took it, in my opinion 4 assignment I am still more swollen and my clothes did not close my abdomen and I tell them, I felt horrible about myself since I did not know what to wear other than tights or loose clothes, what they responded was to change the treatment to this was the first week of August and I was going on vacation on August 14 (bloated like a balloon) I tell them that it is not that there is something that has made me feel bad and they tell me that the doctor will not come on vacation until the 16th and so She saw me to see what had happened, they kept insisting that they change the treatment, I couldn't and honestly I felt horrible about my body and I didn't have time to go during work hours and at no time when I took the treatment did they tell me that the doctor I would not be there until that date since I was always honest with them about my schedule and my vacation date. When I returned the owner called me to make an appointment and see what had happened. I no longer wanted anything since upon my return she had to do a draining massage and I lost two kilos that were only liquid, I spoke with the owner and I personally told Cristina the owner that I no longer wanted any treatment because I also took Mesotherapy, wood therapy and this treatment, I am convinced that you should do another treatment to fix this one and the other two would be cancelled. This was the week of August 28, to this day they have not been cancelled. The girl named Sandra from customer service was not involved in my case at all.
