The first thing that strikes you about FOS Laser Spa when you enter it is that there is no Spa feel. It looks like a regular clinic. The receptionist is least bothered about talking or explaining any therapies. I had taken an appointment for a head massage. When I reached there I was taken to the upper floor and left in a room with no lights or airconditioning. The therapist came a bit later and switched it on. The head massage which was only about scratching my head and pulling my hair was the most painful experience I have ever had. Nothing changed even after complaining to the therapist. I had to tell her to stop after 20 minutes as the awkward position in which she made me sit was making it more painful. I walked down to the reception and told them about my experience. Unfortunately, they did not even care for the feedback. If this was not enough, for this poor experience I was told the charge is INR 1000. They were doing me a favour by only charging 50% for the bad experience. They are exorbitantly priced with poor services, poor ambience and the worst attitude I have experienced in Gurgaon. They had taken advance for full body laser treatment, and since past 2 months did not hear anything from them. Seems bit surprising to me and when today I visited their clinic saw it was closed. Called their owner Jessica, and now she is not picking call. Why they took advance when cannot provide services.... (Show more)

I had been associated with them since past 5 years. Based on years of relationship, had paid them in advance last year for peel and laser, took 2 sitting and had remaining 4. Then covid waves came and couldnot go there. During this time they shut down without any intimation or call/refund. When i had called them last to tell them that I am down with the virus and shall attend after this waves goes, then too they didnot inform anything about shutting down or refunding my advance balance. Now, all 3 of their numbers are out of order and the clinic is closed. I have no means of contacting them to know about my advance money which is with them or about how will I get my refund. THIS IS FRAUD. If they were shutting business, they should have called me to inform about this and refunded my advance hard earned money which is with them. Even the dermatologists associated with them and the nurses working there are either uncontactable or refuse to give out any number or email where I can contact them. Horrible experience today! Talked to a new inexperienced rude girl sitting at the reception. She had no sense of how to politely talk with a client. La skin clinic should pay attention to who they are hiring to be the front face.

i am from mathura and this clinic services is very good.

- I went there twice to get my hand wart removed, both times it came back. - One of the worst things about this clinic was that every time I went there I was charged a consulting fee, even when the doctor took less than 20 seconds to write me a topical medication that he could have written in the very first appointment. - The clinic did NOT offer me a follow up session after the wart removal (something almost all other clinics offer, I called and asked). - They run this like a medical business rather than a clinic - and are more focused on every chance they can get to cash in on their patients. NEVER again will I visit them! EDIT: To LA SKIN who just responded, my experience was well before Covid, I have bills and receipts if you would like to have a look, kindly have a look at your past records. Very good clinic in gurgaon took treatment ,my personal experience is so good.all staff is also good. 100% everything ,services, are best.

Pathetic experience.. such unprofessional people. Even after booking an appointment a week before office was shut and nobody answered any of my calls.. I won't recommend anyone to go there
