Excellent service, loved the treatment I received for my hands and feet
I believe in first impressions. Wanted to buy a voucher for a friend as a birthday present. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she had lost the absolute will to live. Zero friendliness, unhelpful, and sounded half asleep. Definately not eager for business. To top it off the special that was advertised was erroneously advertised and they tried to force me into another option. I had to argue my way into a basic business principle. An appointment was confirmed, and afterwards received a call to say the appointment is no longer available. Absolute terrible business ethics, but according to my friend, the massage was good.... at least.... (Show more)

Absolutely LOVE Lavish Looks!! Nicky, the owner, gives the best massages in the world... and I'm not saying that lightly. I've seen many massage therapists from the Netherlands, the UK to the U.S., Ecuador and many other countries. Manicure and pedicure are also exceptional! First time I went was fine. I went last Friday and worst experience ever. Will definitely not be back. Didn't even get offered a cup of coffee in the cold of the salon. That the least of the experience, let me leave it there
Great place-staff are well equipped and friendly. Place is equipped with an inverter so no need to worry about loadshedding for any of their services. Easy booking system either on the app/online/WhatsApp or by phone.

Genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had. My nails look incredible! Technician was considerate of my autistic sensory issues too. I'll be returning again and again
