Lasik Germany - Berlin

I had Lasik surgery there in 2015. yes and now it's already 2023! Sometimes I still dream that my vision is blurry again, and then I wake up :) and everything is clear as day. no really. It's almost 8 years now and I don't regret anything. except maybe that I didn't do it sooner.

Unappealing marketing strategy: the advertised price is only available on one day of the operation per month, which is also quite inconvenient. Otherwise it will be several thousand euros more expensive.

The ICL treatment was successfully completed for me there. Everything around it was right. Very nice staff, whether at reception, in preparation, in the preliminary interview and afterwards. I really felt very taken care of.

Horror experience! Were lasered in 2019 and have had glare since then. A lawyer was hired and the expert discovered a wavefront laser error, which they did not want to diagnose in the follow-up examination. The court case is still ongoing! Misleading information. On the website it mentions several Lasik options. Standard and Femto-Lasik. In the Standard one, the flap is created with a blade, yet when you click more info for Standard Lasik, it still mentions it being "bladeless". This is creating confusion and they are not able to reply why is that so.... (Show more)

Through the portal “augen-lasern-vergleich” I came across Lasik Germany GmbH - Berlin. There they advertise that a Dr. Jörg Fischer with over 20 years of experience as a high volume surgeon doing Femto Lasik. So I had a preliminary examination appointment at "Euro Eyes", a cooperation partner, where everything went great - however, I wasn't seen by Dr. during the main examination. Jörg Fischer but also Dr. Inken Lamcke. During the eye test on my left eye, which was about astigmatism, I suddenly saw everything blurry - Dr. Inken Lamcke then said she had set something up incorrectly or that the device had been set up incorrectly. I then really panicked that the wrong values ​​had been recorded and that there could be a falsified result after the lasering. My request for another eye test was not really fulfilled, Dr. Inken Lamcke only had me look into a device where I saw a balloon and a landscape - but a detailed eye test with rows of numbers was not carried out - and that was during the major general examination. ... I then drove home with my wife, totally unsettled; we had both taken a special vacation for the day - since I can't drive with my eyes running wide. I couldn't sleep the whole night and was just wondering what to do .... I went to my optician today and did a "real" eye test - and lo and behold, the left eye really had a different toric cylinder than Dr. Inken Lamcke had measured. Then, of course, I canceled the operation; I don't even want to think about what would have happened if I had had laser surgery based on these values. I am very sad and disappointed with how it all turned out. Would it have been such a problem for the doctor to do a detailed eye test with series of numbers when I asked?
