This is the fourth clinic I have gone to, so I feel I can compare. Basically, this place is excellent, and I'm going to do the rest of my sessions with them. I have fair skin and dark hair. So I was looking for a place that: 1. Does Alexandrite, since that's the most effective for me. 2. Does it slowly, over a small area, because it's painful and otherwise I can't tolerate it. In many clinics they just have machines with large heads or diode machines, and these are too painful so they end up using less effective settings and it just doesn't do anything. 3. Uses cold air. In lots of clinics they use ice or some cooling gel. This is cheap for them but it's not as good as cold air because cold air is there while the laser is working, whereas ice they apply after. This place offers all three things. Also, the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, and the doctor who carried out the procedure knows what she's doing. Additionally, this place is very reasonably priced and you can tell they cut on the unnecessary stuff. The clinic itself is quite small. But they have everything that's needed for laser hair removal and they did a fantastic job. So anyway, I had a very positive experience and can recommend them without hesitation. :)... (Show more)

Hello, yesterday on 11.06 I had laser hair removal for the first time. The girl from reception and doctor Desislava are great, I want to express my sincere thanks for the professionalism. I was ashamed, I was embarrassed, but they managed to predispose me. Thanks for the professionalism!

Disgusting SCAMMERS! It works on LOW PARAMETERS so that you go again and again or until you get HYPERTRICHOSIS. The incompetent employee, name-E.Petrova, quite deliberately worked at a very low intensity, without changing it, even though I explained MANY TIMES that i have aggravation and folliculitis!This was confirmed by their front desk after a phone call.After writing the review they have the audacity to harass me on my personal phone!Criminals who play with people's health to make huge PROFITS.Against all rules in branch, they call their patients every month, which is totally contrary to all world practices in the field! I am very satisfied, Doctor Metodieva is an exceptional professional with a very good attitude. The receptionist Victoria is very sweet and kind, she was very polite.

I have been a loyal customer of LC since 2017 and I can say that they have been under all criticism for the last year: - They reduced a 40% discount for their loyal customers, and even after I told them that I was changing the salon to another one, because their policy is not customer-oriented, the woman at the reception laughed without even trying to keep me as a customer leaving thousands of BGN. The customer service is laughable and the soft skills at the front desk are like an offended fifth grader. - The last two procedures were not of the same quality as before, the girl passed me quite quickly. I'm glad I changed them, now I go to a great clinic with a very nice doctor.
