Excellent doctors and great office!
Dr. Chotzen and staff consistently provide excellent care. I have trusted them with my cosmetic choices and medical needs for over 20 years. I highly recommend them for skilled and personable care.
The reception has a terrible attitude towards potential patients! I went up to ask the girl at the reception a couple of questions, and before I could ask a question, the girl immediately started asking for my debit card to register an appointment. I asked first to answer the question of whether the clinic works with my problem at all, she began to say that she would answer only when she made an appointment. Dr. Michelle Vy and her assistant Vivian were professional and personable.
Everyone is very professional and polite, they answer all questions in a very detailed manner and never hard sell you on something you don’t want or need. Hands down the best in town!
My name is Timothy. I have been going here for about 2 years now. There is a stigma that guys do not need to treat their insecurities on their face, but this stigma has not kept me from going here this entire time. I have had more than 6 chemical peels here, over 3 sessions of V beam and 2 CO2 laser. I started with major insecurities; Scarring, facial redness and acne. My face is sensitive because of my past history with horrible facial acne. Anyhow, I had to write this review to praise Dr. Kang and Vivian, the assistant here. All of the peels here essentially resolved my facial redness. The V beam helped further reduce my redness, to greater depths than any peel would do. Lastly, the CO2 laser tackled the hardest obstacle for me, my acne scars. After this last session of CO2, I feel that I have reached the point of contentment with how I look. Dr. Kang understands what I ask, she delivers, she is attentive, and she is compassionate. She is patient with me even when I ask questions. There is a lot of doubt when it comes to knowing what dermatologist to trust and coming from my experience here, there is no one better than Dr. Kang at Laser & Skin. I now feel confident to take photos of myself, which, I despised of doing before these treatments. Was able to get appointment in very timely manner. Check in was easy. Very clean. Assistant for Doctor was very polite and helpful. Doctor was very professional and answered my questions about possible additional procedure.
Dr. Silva is fabulous. She spends so much time making sure everything is perfect! Always happy with the services here.
