What a pleasant experience, even though the laser treatment is a little bit uncomfortable the therapists Sharé and Anele always made sure I am comfortable with the prosedure.
Very poor service. Send a email on Friday with request of a price guide received automated message: Good day, Thank you for your interest in Laser Elite! We are in treatments (or closed if u contacted us out of office hours) but will answer your request as soon as possible, usually within an hour. No one but no one even bothered to get back to me. This is not the first time. If your phones arnt just ringing and you send a SMS no one ever gets back to you. Wonder if the manager of this place knows how much business he is losing because he's staff doesn't reply to emails or messages?!... (Show more)
