I received good and pleasant help. Expert advice and friendly. I found it exciting but was immediately put at ease. Next appointment already booked ;-)

Thanks to a friend, I ended up at MLC, what a nice place. Very gentle professional laser treatment which, in my case, makes my skin radiant again. Very happy with it.

I just had treatment for my pigment spots again. They work professionally and with attention and are very nice practitioners.

The distinction between a good and excellent clinic is not only characterized by the skills of well-trained and experienced doctors affiliated with NVCG, but also by all employees and the humanity of everyone. From the moment I call for an appointment, reception on arrival, my booked treatment, to the moment I leave this clinic has never been anything other than a very friendly and extremely professional experience. In the autumn I always do a few skin improvement treatments with Naomi. My pigment and redness in the face disappear and my skin tightens slightly. Naomi works very precisely and knows my skin well so she always has good tips. Highly recommended!

I recently had an experience with Medisch Laser Centrum where the reception staff were unprofessional and uncooperative. Despite trying to convey essential information regarding my insurance coverage, the receptionist interrupted me and abruptly ended the call. The negative interaction with the reception has severely tainted my overall experience. I have reached out to management and hope they address this issue to ensure better communication and professionalism in the future. ——— EDITED ——— Following my initial review, the management at Medisch Laser Centrum reached out to me to address the concerns I raised. The Quality Manager, Samuel, was professional and acknowledged the issues with the service I had received. He confirmed that incorrect information had been provided to me initially and ensured that the correct documentation was sent. While I appreciate the effort made by the management to resolve the issues, it does not entirely negate the frustration and inconvenience caused by the initial poor service. The treatment itself was satisfactory, but the communication and customer service from the reception were significantly below expectations, especially considering the higher prices at Medisch Laser Centrum. In light of the responsiveness and corrective actions taken by the management, I have decided to update my rating to 2 stars.... (Show more)
