The competence of the staff, the welcome always given with a smile, are the reasons that make me stay at this clinic. Furthermore, during a problem with some teeth which occurred a few months ago, I went to the clinic and the dentist after evaluation, and a few appointments, resolved the situation with competence and patience, I am very satisfied of the result, and for me it must be said, going to the dentist is a source of a little anxiety, so it is no surprise that I much prefer going to the hairdresser! Very bad experience with appointments. Canceled 2 days before. The reason is just cleaning that is not profitable enough. I do not recommend

The receptionists were very sweet . But i am very disappointed by the dentist and hygienist. Dentist did not do proper oral exam, she literally just looked at my tooth for 3 seconds and that’s it! I was charged for the 3 seconds examination?? Secondly, she gave me antibiotics for 10 days even though I didn’t have any symptoms of infection which i repeatedly mentioned that there is discomforting pain! My tooth wasn’t tender, there was no pus , no fever, no pain so on the basis of what i was prescribed the antibiotics which i took for 10 days!! I consulted two other dentists who told me that this step shouldn’t have been taken. I was asked to come and get my crown removed and was sent a separate bill for that . Wow money making clinic! How much time does it take to just take the crown out. Pathetic experience! Please don’t go if you care and your health and money... (Show more)

To Jessica and Meggy (René-Lévesque branch) The customer service I received recently was exceptional. The team was incredibly friendly, patient and caring. Jessica answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner, and was able to resolve my insurance issue which had crashed. She took all the time to make sure I was fully satisfied with my request. In addition, she was very quick in her responses, which greatly encouraged me to stay (because I was going to leave since my insurance failed and I didn't want to pay the full price). I am grateful for their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service. It's been 6y I've been doing my dental follow-ups in this clinic, and it's always very professional, clean and agreeable.

I started coming to this clinic 7+ years ago because it was near work and I had some concerns about my previous dentist. It’s a chain but I always get the same dentist and she’s great. The equipment is new and everything is spotless. I like that my dentist does not push anything on me or “find” issues like others have. This morning I went and was overly optimistic about the morning commute time, having been WFH for 2 years. Sophie at reception was so lovely and sympathetic. After my appt I brought something up when paying and Sophie overheard, popped her head up and said “oh, I took care of that when you arrived.” So, 5 stars for the clinic and 10 stars for Sophie at reception.... Incredible welcome, large, spacious and bright waiting room. The hygienists are always on time and do a professional job. I have had the same dentist at this location for several years. I am very satisfied with all the care received. The place is perfectly clean and disinfected, which inspires confidence. A call and emergency center is available at all times, which is reassuring. Doctor Harvey botched my root canal treatment: he did it 4 times while taking care of other clients at the same time. Following his intervention, I suffered from violent pain even in my sinuses due to the cement which had overflowed into my gums. He simply recommended a $500 endodontic surgical operation to fix it, arguing that it was completely normal. Two antibiotic treatments later, I was finally able to have another operation by another dentist, competent and half the price. Following my call to follow up, Dr. Harvey hung up on me. He charged me full price for all of this ($787), without a commercial gesture or even compensation for the costs for which he is responsible. This is my best dental clinic to date, good service, good welcome and they carry out all types of work on site. I go there twice a year and I am very satisfied.

The welcome is always excellent, the hygienists are really pleasant and Dr. Bentolila is simply the nicest dentist.

From start to finish the best dental experience I’ve had in Montréal. Thank you Manisha for all your care and reassurance and to Dr. Bertolino for your options and solutions.

Today is my last session with this clinic. At the start of my session, she informs me that I have to do the x-ray. And only at the end I realize that they charged me $150 more. I was very disappointed because I don't have insurance. In addition, when the dentist arrived, she did not show me the results so that I would know if it was of any use. It's not something necessary and I could have postponed it until the next year. To do the radio, she directs me to the room. I felt too rushed and was afraid for my teeth. During the entire cleaning session I felt uncomfortable and I was getting saliva in my face throughout the session. Following the session, my mouth hurt for the whole day. I realized she hit the gum in several places. And it hurts. Another thing that bothers me is the hard selling of services. I don't want to do teeth whitening and she tells me that several times....
