I really like the service. Dental care at Lapointe on boulevard belanger is very pleasant.

The staff are very kind and very professional too.

Very good team, they are super gentle and they reassure you and they gradually explain what they are going to do.

I have been to this establishment twice. Dental hygienist was #1. Dentist who just saw you for max 2 min. and gives you a quote of $3,000 to repair old fillings and when you ask her questions it's like you're bothering her... lack of transparency on prices I asked the receptionist for clarification on the invoice twice orally and by telephone. But I was not convinced because there were no explanations. my daughter had two tooth extractions without complications for 396.00 dollars or 2x 168.00 dollars plus 60 dollars private examination. What was this particular exam, what was my question? orally and by telephone I didn't really get any answers. I have already paid for the exams and the I don't have insurance and the least I can do is understand what I'm paying.... (Show more)

It was the worst experience of my life I spent over 6000$ for an implant and they did it wrong after 1 year I had to re do it and instead of fixing they’re error they rembourse me the amount for the couronne and told me to go somewhere else fix it because they are incompetent!!!!

I will never give this dentist as a reference again. Lack of respect and professionalism! Charged $500 more without even seeing if this person was covered by their insurance or had the means to pay for such services. The dental assistant dares to show attitude in addition to the payment situation.

I had teeth pulled by this dentist twice. And both times I had complications (infection). And he claims to have a 24-hour line which is actually the number of the place that closes at 4 p.m. Both times I had to consult another dentist to get antibiotics and the other dentists were surprised to know that the Lapointe clinic did not prescribe antibiotics just in case things went wrong. The first time the Lapointe clinic didn't even prescribe painkillers. I contacted the order of dentists Monday morning. This is negligence towards their patients. For those who don't know, it's the worst pain in the world to have an infection after a tooth extraction, it can even cause death. I was so careful to follow the rules provided by Clinique LaPointe since the first time I suffered so much during my first infection. But they forgot to mention not blowing your nose in their instructions. I would give -400 stars if I could.... (Show more)
