We are treated like slot machines: pay out but you won't get service. Almost every appointment, there is around twenty minutes late. I have been a customer for many years, I have paid more than $10,000 since I did the orthodontics and all the treatments. Latest experiment: a composite tooth changes color. I am offered a facet. Ok. I am suggested to do the next tooth for aesthetics: ok. I do both, $600 each. Two days later, one of them fell. I realize that for aesthetics, no need to redo it. I am requesting a refund for this tooth. NO. People even dare to tell me that the job was well done! ... No service to old customers. I do not recommend at all. Very courteous and professional staff. Impeccable place. Several services under one roof, which makes things a lot easier and reduces travel. State-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
4 good reasons NOT to go to this Lapointe dental center: 1- They charge between $20 and $30 more for each procedure than what the ACDQ recommends. Insurance or not, it's expensive!2- As soon as a tooth is complicated to treat, they recommend implants for $4,500 while elsewhere they were able to repair it for only $200. Advice: Always get a second opinion elsewhere! 3- One of their dentists left me with two out of four cavities on a tooth that I thought was now repaired... 4- Customer satisfaction is not their priority; They didn't want to take back two other fillings that they did for me which had defects in them (crack, air bubble)... In fact, yes, but at the regular price!! Seriously, I don't should NEVER have gone there!... (Show more)

Super impeccable and warm service by Madame Karolane Fabian! Super satisfied! On the other hand, poor service regarding insurance! Very complicated and unpleasant! The team is very welcoming though and I recommend the place!

I do not recommend anyone to go to this place.! Ridiculous prices, real thieves hidden behind a clinic. Teeth whitening for $500? Are you dreaming, $3500 for teeth whitening are crazy. Poorly qualified and non-optimal staff.
