They forcefully take my phone every time I enter, but every time I sit in the rest room wearing a bathrobe, someone takes photos and videos with their mobile phone. Even though they see it, they do not warn. I feel deceived. Since my phone was taken, I just want to listen to music with headphones because the environment is extremely noisy. The guests keep shouting. Don't expect professionalism from the massage service. It's the same as telling your friend to rub my back. The bath is considered beautiful. Sauna, steam room etc. rooms are constantly out of order. Appointment times are inconsistent. I constantly remind you of the contents of my package. We have a membership package, it's a place we've been going to for years. They always said you don't need an appointment for a scrub, get it for a massage. We went to their new place for the first time with my mother and daughter. (78) My mother came down the stairs with difficulty. The three people at the reception were trying to sell a package to a customer and they didn't even look at us. They said we do not accept without an appointment. It is an amateur business where all 3 people at the reception are trying to sell a package to a single customer, and the members are despised. You have no value after purchasing a package. The old public relations experts were much nicer and more humane

By buying a birthday present for my sister from the Anatolian side, I made an appointment long in advance, specifically stating that it would be at 10:00, and it was said that sauna and steam were among the facilities. We entered the sauna and it wasn't heated properly. The girl working said, "I'm turning on the steam now, it will heat up immediately." We entered, stayed in the sauna for 15 minutes, and came out. It wasn't working. If that wasn't enough, he said, "I'll start it right away" again, and no steam was formed. Even though there was no malfunction, they didn't take any action without caring! As if that wasn't enough, 3 of us entered the bathhouse, the aim was to do it at the same time, and after half an hour, he stalled by saying "he's coming now" and he came only half an hour later! It is such a money-oriented business. They are very friendly until they do their job with you and sell you a package. Then they don't even care. Their style is so bad that I went for laser treatment, but I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. The staff's behavior is so over the top that they do not even beat you. None of them can do laser anyway, they end the session in detail. They don't do it in any way, so I didn't see any benefit anyway, I was wasted with my money, I don't recommend it to anyone, don't waste your money there, there are definitely better places.... A very polite approach was provided in making an appointment. The greeting etc. was also good. Regarding hygiene, I was told that a person should not lie down next to him while being scrubbed in the bathhouse and be scrubbed. When I objected, he was told that this is the practice here. The 4 ladies working in the bathhouse almost beat us. The message sent to me when making an appointment contained content stating that hygiene was taken into consideration. It had been sent. We went with confidence after receiving a message that had nothing to do with what we encountered. You are your friend, however. First of all, thanks to the person doing the massage, there is no problem with this. I buy a service by paying such a high amount, but all the noise, songs and shouts of the entertainment in the bath fill the inside. Their explanation was as follows: "Luckily for you, there was a bridal bath today." In my opinion, such a thing should not be left to chance, accordingly, doors can be placed in the massage rooms instead of curtains, or if this is not possible, information should be given when making an appointment for such an organization. I really loved how clean and organized the spa is! I went there 2 weeks ago with my friend and enjoyed a Turkish bath with clay masks, I believe. We paid 350 lira each which is okay compared to others. However, we wanted a 15 minute or a 30 minute massage but they said it isn’t possible🤷🏽‍♀️ either a one hour long or none🤷🏽‍♀️ I found that very odd and I still don’t understand why? Btw, they have people speaking in English so it’s really helpful for tourists. However, getting there was kinda annoying and we used a taxi at the end.... (Show more)

I don't understand why the bad comments were made, but I just went out and had a foam scrub applied. It is very nice and clean and hygienic. Ms. Sedef took care of me, she is very friendly, everyone guides me, you can go with peace of mind :)
