79 year old mother with dementia and panic attack being put in an isolation cell in the emergency room was completely inappropriate was shocking. No friendly Dr for me ever again. Just give me ASZ, they treat people like people and not like animals

My wife was bleeding from her eye after an accident. Waited 3 hours in the emergency room for a doctor, but saw no doctor and was not helped. Very disappointed.

very satisfied with OLV, my child was born there with all the necessary care (in corona times) and recently an inguinal hernia operation went very smoothly by Dr.S. Van Slycke

Been for years (2017) with shoulder complaints and 3 operations in another hospital... referred by GP because this specialist could help me finally become pain-free... So completely wrong.. sir, only listens to half of what you say and intervenes everywhere This hospital is all about money, but you shouldn't expect help!! They won't see me twice again... I had surgery on both my feet last year and this year. My operations were both performed by Doctor Wahid Rezaie. I can only say how incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, .. Doctor Rezaie is! Very well received from minute one, received a very clear explanation of the various steps of the operation and very good follow-up! I can only recommend him!! The operation itself also went fantastically well, much better than hoped (Hallux valgus operation). Apart from the doctor himself, I am also very satisfied with the nursing staff who helped me. Overall, a very good experience with this hospital and its staff.... (Show more)

On October 4, 2022, Dr. Rezaie performed surgery on my metatarsal osteoarthritis. At the same time, he also removed the hallux valgus on my big toe. I am 75 years old and very satisfied with the doctor. I have had no pain and have recovered very well. Doctor Rezaie is an absolute expert. I walk like before and am now pain free.... (Show more)

Unfriendly staff without respect and emphatic! Especially in the emergency department, you are not helped and are sent away to the doctor. Scandalous.

Run away from gold digger, swindler dr. Mattens Veerle (proctologist)!!! I came from UA, and have some problem near 10 years. I passed all tests and 1 one-hour not very pleasant examination (proctology) in UA hospital and should to do surgery but my appointment was canceled after the war started. I came to Belgium as a refugee with this problem. I wanted to know how much money will cost this operation here. I called the gastroenterology department and asked about consultation with the best surgeon, it's not urgent, I can wait for the best one. On day X, l was at 8:55 at the hospital and was waiting for Dr. Mattens for more than 1 hour in a lobby, because she was late. At 10:12 l came to her cabinet. I told her my diagnosis, asks how much will cost the surgery and if she has enough experience/equipment to do this. She said me: I’m not a surgeon!!! You need other doctor. I’m not a surgeon. I can’t help you. I will check if is he in the hospital now. Wait in a lobby. After again 15 minutes in the lobby I asked the secretariat “where is the other doctor (surgeon)??? They said : “Oh, he will be on Friday next week we can make a new appointment it's your bill for you 75 euros!!!!! Waaat? 1 hour in transport, 1 hour in the lobby 2min in Dr. Mattens cabinet without any exams or treatment, just to know that she is not a surgeon l should to pay 75 euros!!! I couldn't stand this information and started to cry. Iam learning Dutch and have no job yet. I came to the hospital just to know can l afford this surgery or not and for nothing should to pay! I talked with “ombudsdiensd”, showed income certificate, medicine protocol and other evidences. Woman from “Ombudsdiensd” said that dr.Mattens don’t want to cancel the bill. I should to pay 75 euros for “2 minutes consultation”. She spent time for me. It’s not interesting for her that lm below the poverty line!!! It’s not a human. It’s greedy, heartless swindler, real scoundrel. Be very very careful with her. She’s sold her soul for 20 euros. It's the same as taking bread from a homeless person. Don't help the unscrupulous doctor Mattens make money! It's real Gold bigger!... (Show more)

Hello, here I am with a new review. On 5/11/2023 I was admitted to hospital on A4 via emergency. I was helped very well by professional people. It is not the first time. I was therefore admitted to the neurosurgery department again. The nurses and nurses. Received me in a professional manner. They are very helpful and friendly profetional. Nanda was also quick to talk about my problem. Everyone who works there is very good with the patients and you immediately feel in good hands. Great service, keep up the good work. Thank you in advance for a good welcome. and concerns. Kind regards, Patrick de Saedeleer... (Show more)

Foot surgery Dr. Rezaie, satisfied with the operation and the follow-up. Keyhole surgery is less painful than normal surgery.

I was once admitted to the paaz, where they treated me well. But when I asked to be readmitted a few months later, I was “not depressed enough” and as a result: 2 weeks later I attempted suicide. This shouldn't be possible. So I give 3 stars for the first good treatment but nothing more.

Horrible ! It's been twice that I've been to the emergency department and twice that we've been poorly received! No empathy, no patience. My son kindly asks the nurse if this will last much longer because he has school tomorrow and the nurse turns his nose up and tells him that it's your family's problem it's not my problem if you have school tomorrow ! What kind of person is that? The first time was 6 years ago and I was already disappointed but now! Tonight is too much! Take another look at the staff on site, pcq for a hospital of this name it’s unacceptable!... (Show more)
