I have now completed my Trifecta Face Lift and can happily say the results are amazing. Each step of the recovery was as promised, I am healing beautifully, likely due to the supplements and products provided to encourage healing and because I am a rule follower, The follow up and care at Dr. Lacerna's practice was as expected. As a female plastic surgeon staring at 50, my face and body needed rejuvenation; however, I did not have a lot of time to recuperate. Dr. Lacerna is known for her amazing rejuvenation techniques. Very disappointed, had a tummy tuck and she told me she would do lipo on my back and that I will be completely flat. That turned out different, I still have a belly that I need to do sit-ups per Dr. Lacerna, my back is not like she promised (a few lumps) and my bellybutton got all messed up and now they want me to do laser treatments at $77.00 per treatment! I went there for a lymphatic massage with Maya and she was simply wonderful. She touched all the right areas and my body felt soo energetic and thankful…. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

Second time to visit office and dr Lucerna was very helpful in discussing my request to learn about Renuvion. I feel confident with her and staff and will schedule the procedure.

As a 68 year old woman I have never had fillers or anything done before. I disliked the lines above my lips and around my mouth. Went to 4 other plastic surgery office for consults. I was thinking of CO2 lasers but worry about changing skin color and the monkey look I have seen many times. Dr/ Lacerna was honest and explained that she considers laser to be old technology. She suggest renuvian resurfacing which uses radio frequency to split helium into cool plasma beams. She showed me before and after pictures - which I am always wary about because the lighting is different and the patient's facial expressions, and often they have makeup on after. While still researching, I called the office to ask more questions. Brianna - the Manager - suggested I talk to a patient who recently had the Renuvion procedure. I talked to her on facetime and her skin was amazing. She was in her mid 70s and her skin looked like she was in her 40s. I was convinced and have put down my deposit. Also, unlike CO2 laser, I did not need to get blood work and EKG etc., as they only use light anesthesia, which is quite sufficient. I will write another review once I have had the procedure. OK I am continuing my review now that I have had the Renuvion procedure. I was worried it would hurt. The only discomfort was the needles for the numbing injections - felt no pain with procedure. There is a lot of swelling, but already significantly reduced 3 days later. No lines at all, but of course I am still puffy. Was told next week I will see a huge diffence, and can see friends for Thanksgiving. I will keep you posted over the next week.... (Show more)

I wouldn't trust anyone else but Dr. Lucerna. She closed a somewhat difficult MOHS on my husband's face and there is no evidence of a scar. Consultation was pleasant and informative. I put down payment on a couple of procedures, and Briana has been the best in helping me navigate this process. I look forward to looking more pleasing and rested after all is done.... (Show more)

If I could give Dr. Lacerna 1000 stars, I would. Not only is she truly a gifited plastic surgeon that continues keeping me look my best, Dr. Lacerna gave me my life back meaning my taste. I had a tonsillectomy Jan. 2022 afterwards I was not able to taste sweet or savory. I was devastated especially since I love sweets. This put me into a deep depression. Possible cause was nerve damage, which is rare. At a routine Botox maintenance visit I mentioned this to Dr. L. in tears. That's when she introduced me to Exosomes. She clearly explained what Exosomes are & how they work. I was ready to try anything. First, I did IV Exosome therapy after a few wks I was able to taste some sweet intermittently which was absolutely amazing. Next Dr. L wanted to try a sublingual spray. I started the Exosome spray Aug. 17th 2023 By the 24th I was able to taste coke & lemon drops!! As of today 10/10/23 I'm able to taste about 80% of sweet & savory again!! This is life changing for me. I never thought I would get to eat pie or ice cream & enjoy it!! Now I only have tears of joy. Just a few sprays under my tongue, that's it. I am very impressed with this practice. From the 1st phone call when Brianna scheduled my consultation, to the reminder texts, to the waiting room and wait time (virtually none). The exam room is beautiful and inviting. ( the one i was in did not have an exam table, just a nice leather couch with sequin pillows and a beautiful mirror )The nurse Michelle answered all my questions and was very informative. Then Dr Lacerna came in, listened to me and explained the procedure in great detail, and I felt very comfortable with all of these great ladies. I have found in general, women owned businesses are run much better!!. They working hard to get my Xplant procedure scheduled, and I appreciate the dedication and hard work of all involved. The place Brianna referred me to get pre-op tests also seems awesome. The prices also are not outragious as the surgery center is on-site. Lookin forward to getting the 'pam andersons' out of me and will update the review after I am recovered. P.S. went to another consultation with a guy I would not let touch me with a 10 foot pole!! UPDATE: Explant is complete with better results than expected. shout out to Diana who is very patient with a scardy cat trying to decide what kind of anethesia (went with twilight sleep- was great). Also Ashley, flexable re-schedualing let me sneak in a last minute cruise. And of course the double board certified Dr, Lacerna, who absolutly nailed it. I'm tired of looking tired and old so booked a consultation with Dr Lacerna to explore my options. She's closed several MOHS surgeries on me so I feel very comfortable with her already. The consultation was great! Met first with the lovely Brianna who vetted what I was thinking about, my concerns , budget, etc. Brianna reviewed those with Dr Lacerna who then came in with a solution I wasn't even aware of!
