Total ignorance, lack of respect for the client's time, setting a date without a deadline, last minute cancellations and changes. The prices are top-shelf, but the service is in no way better than services provided by the National Health Fund. You also have to wait an hour or more despite the scheduled date, and the cost of facial mesotherapy for 2 ampoules is PLN 1,900. Is it worth it? Definitely not! It is worth coming here to take advantage of a mega professional consultation. Just like with a doctor, diagnosis is the most important thing. This is the basis. Mrs. Natalia is a person I trusted and I thank her very much. Priceless. Unfortunately, I think I went to the doctor on March 30, but I don't know because the lady (Doctor?) didn't bother to introduce herself. The visit was proposed and encouraged by the cosmetologist, so effectively that I came with a large wallet and a decision. Unfortunately, the lady (Doctor?) didn't know why I came, even though the appointment was scheduled for about 2 weeks. earlier, photos and type of procedure were consulted. The lady (Doctor?) came to the reception to look at my photos and card in the presence of the receptionist. After returning from the reception, and it took quite a long time, even though I had already made an appointment for a specific treatment, the lady (Doctor?) effectively discouraged me from performing the procedure. Without seeing the patient, only on the basis of photos that I had not seen, but on the basis of which I was qualified by the Doctor for the procedure, so I came determined. The lady (Doctor?) did not inspire my confidence either with her professionalism or her personal culture. Fortunately, I resigned because I can't imagine cooperating with, let alone entrusting my health to, a person who didn't even ask to see the problem area. She contented herself with taking some photos while she had the patient in her office. I am both sorry and happy that I escaped from such a "consultation".... (Show more)

2240PLN FOR BOTOX ON THE FOREHEAD!!! I had botox done at this clinic about a month ago. I am 23 years old and I have been getting Botox on my forehead regularly for the last 5 years. Before coming to this clinic, I looked at the price range. And because I had it done regularly and I’m very young, I knew that the dose needed for me was pretty low. Doctor Kinga, who is actually a dentist, performed the procedure, the procedure itself was okay, but she charged me 2240PLN!!! 2240PLN is higher than their maximum price range. At first, I froze and asked why. They drew my forehead on a blank sheet of paper, put a lot of X's on it and said 'We take 40PLN per needle touch and we put needles in you 56 times.' I am a foreigner and since I had just moved to Warsaw, I left without thinking and objecting at first. But after, I learned from my Polish friends that they ripped me off for being a foreigner... They said it's impossible for a young person to pay this price even in places with the most luxurious and successful doctors. I should have understood when they were talking and laughing in Polish among themselves at the checkout. I went back and asked if they had charged me 2240PLN by mistake. The doctor was not there(she was the one that decided the price I paid), but the girl on the desk said jokingly, 'The doctor said you needed a large amount and It was 56 shots, look she drew it after.' I'm 23 years old and we talked specifically about not putting so much botox so that it doesn't restrict too much my facial expressions. And I'm not getting botox for the first time, I've definitely not had 56 injections on my forehead!!!!!!! It would be very strange to get 56 shots anyway… I demanded that the doctor call me, but she persistently didn’t call. I was deceived for being a foreigner in plain sight. Also, the environment of the clinic is very unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend.... (Show more)
