drama, my wife went to have her face cleansed. After two days it was swollen and her face was red. I haven't met my wife. She was devastated for 2 weeks. The clinic was supposed to arrange a dermatologist within two days and she gave up. After writing an e-mail asking for a refund (we had to go to a dermatologist ourselves for PLN 200), they didn't even reply. Generally, from the information I managed to obtain at that time, this type of treatments (sun exposure) are not performed as long as protective filters are provided and, above all, tests are performed on the skin, e.g. on the hand. avoid it... the highest prices for [similar services in other places and the quality and approach to the customer are dramatic... My daughter and I took advantage of the cosmetologist's advice on combating teenage acne. I am impressed by the professional, friendly service. Huge knowledge about new things. A lot of advice on daily care, not focused solely on the Clinic's services. I was surprised by the fact that this type of consultations are free of charge in this clinic. Very average... we stay at the holiday inn regularly and I can say this massage/spa has become worse by every visit. Discount for residents of the hotel is not recognised (they state 10% discount to all residents but don’t apply it) Booking in advance is also a problem as they never answer emails. I shall go out of my way to pass the bad news and advise the expat community in Warsaw to stay clear of this place. Do yourselves a favour and never part with your money at la Perla as plenty of other good massage/Spas to visit that deserve your business.... (Show more)

Super committed staff

I was there once, for a manicure, the lady was filing my nails with a dirty nail file, I left with very badly painted nails, the whole procedure took place on a dirty table. Additionally, I now received a text message with an advertisement from La Perla Józefów, even though I did not consent to the processing of my data for marketing purposes.
