"Just totally chocked and appalled by the extremely bad service received today .02/2020 . I was really looking forward meeting Josi , has I have been following her on Instagram , after looking at the good reviews , I decided to booked an appointment today at 14h00 . I arrived 40 minute earlier at the tube station Chiswick Park . on Arrival I call the clinic to fine out where to go . At the tube station I was told there was x2 Acton Lane one turning on the Left and one across the bridge , When I first called a women answering the phone who wasn't very helpful with the direction . I understood it was opposite Sainsbury , but the sign outside wasn't very clear , also no one was at the reception to welcome you . Its Just and empty desk with messy leaflets all over the desk , I call again to informed that I was earlier to let Josi know . I was told to go downstairs , witch I did , again zero sign was downstairs to say La Pelle Skin Clinic , so I cam back upstairs waiting for my 14h00 Appointment , then at 13h50 I recognised Jose coming up with someone . She Never say hello to me , Josi past me totally ignoring me . I was very disappointed see the lack of any welcoming or greeting the costumers upon my arrival . At 14h05 I saw several persons coming up , I saw a very polite Chinese gentleman , explaining the uninviting reception received today and that I was still waiting for Jose , but really felt to just walk out . The Gentleman when and get Josie . When I explained my feedback on the zero welcoming at the reception , Josie become abusive verbally , when I explained that I was going to post on Instagram my feedback . Josie asked be to get out of the clinic , then she started to manipulates and twisted ma conversations , when I was giving her a positive criticisms on what good costumer service should be , how the manners to answer the telephone was very important , and the fact that it was zero reception to welcome the costumers , She falsely accused me of been rude , when I absolutely wasn't ( I think Jose should read the definitions in the oxford dictionary first ) , Because she certainly was very rude and abusive towards me . I certainly with never recommend Jose Clinic and Jose to any one , If you have good to high standard of services, that is the basic to me of costumer service should be . How to welcome your costumers , that start first how to answer the telephone . Josi , didn't like the fact that I was going to write my feedback , Josi then , open the door telling me to ( get out otherwise she was going to call the Police ), ( I have told Josi , Please Do !. ) I then left in total chocked and distress .I rather go some wear else's that can provide Good costumer services & good treatment too. I’ve heard of Josi and the La Pelle skin clinic and I decided to go and see her to treat my acne scars, it’s been an amazing experience from my first treatment, I have definitely noticed a huge difference on my skin with 4 sessions that I decided to have a few more! I found out about La Pelle On social media and started folllowing Josi and her patients' stories. I decided to contact Josi and booked an appointment for micro needling. She was really great at explaining the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. I notice the changes on my skin after every treatment and cannot wait for the next one. I paid for the 6-course laser treatment and have to say got good results on my skin. However, on my last session, I had an appointment booked for 5h30 on a specific day. On this given day I sent Josi a message to confirm my appointment, which she said she forgot and had booked another client on my slot. When I asked if she could re-schedule with this other client she said it was not possible. When I raised my dissatisfaction with this situation, she adopted a rather aggressive and defensive tone. This is not how a professional should treat a client valid complaint. Given such situation I decided not to continue and have lost my last appointment. I am a fair person and to give a fair review, the result on my skin on the sessions I had was satisfactory. However, due to the way I was treated in this last situation I would not recommend it.... I would highly recommend La Pelle to others who want to see transformational results. I received 6 rounds of IPL treatment and the results were spectacular. Josi was a great in terms of recommending supplements and diet changes to help manage the process. I'm going back for further treatment soon.

I've been getting great results on my face. Josi is a highly qualified professional, his knowledge, care guidelines and his delivery in performing the services contribute to success. I'm happy with the result. So I recommend LaPelle.

Josi has magic hands! She did Fruit peel and microcurrent for melasma. Just looking at her beautiful skin convinces me that I will look much nicer after the treatments. Had 7 IPL sessions with Josi for acne/rosacea/scars. Although the treatment can be painful, I highly recommend as the results are amazing! It took about 3 sessions to really see a difference in my skin. Will definitely be going back

I found Josie online and booked in with her as the reviews were so positive. They were all correct! She is great and her treatments very thorough. She focusses on results and has the machines and advice to go with it! Her knowledge and experience are excellent.

After suffering for 2 years with rosacea I found La Pelle and after a few sessions the results have been fantastic - the reduction in the condition is significant. Also, I have found Josi nothing but incredibly accommodating to my busy schedule. Thank you!

I did have sensitive skin since childhood and during my teenager years I start developing redness on my face, particularly after eating certain food or after exposing my skin to various weather conditions, blushing etc. I reached the point when I was feeling embarrassed to go out of the house without concealer. I’ve been waiting to get rid of body hair for quite some time, I was tired of shaving and the pain of waxing, so I decided to look for a clinic and I came across La Pelle Skin Clinic and met Josi, it was very easy to get an appointment and Josi was friendly and very caring, I enjoy our chats as it feels like I’m meeting a friend every time I see her, she makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend La Pelle. After reading great reviews, I decided to visit Josi to treat my adult acne. What impressed me is Josi’s holistic approach: she suggested not only IPL treatments, but some diet changes and better cosmetics as well. This combination works wonders! So far I’ve had 4 sessions and results are amazing. For the first time in years I don’t need to wear any covering makeup. It is a big confidence boost as well. Josi is a very kind, lovely person and visiting her has been always a pleasure. The treatment sometimes can be slightly painful, but with a numbing cream it's easy to tolerate. I had struggled with rosacea for a couple of years before deciding I wanted to look into laser treatment, as nothing else was working. Having read the amazing reviews other clients had left for Josi and knowing that Josi had suffered from rosacea herself, I felt confident coming to La Pelle and I wasn’t mistaken!
