If I could give 10 stars, I would! First, I LOVE the warm, cozy, welcoming waiting room. It's like you're entering someone's brand new home or even a spa, it's absolutely Beautiful! Oh and it smells divine. Everything works so well together, from the furniture to the decor to the candles to the staff. From the moment I walked in the door this morning, I was greeted warmly and had everything I needed to know for today explained to me. The wait time was not long at all...I think if I would have waited any longer I would have fallen asleep on that comfortable sofa. :-) My appt went quite well today, again, everything was explained to me and I can certainly appreciate being a part of the treatment process (being able to see my x-ray pics and knowing what will come next). At checkout, I received the same warm greeting and had my insurance explained to me and options given to me for next steps. Although I don't enjoy going to the dentist, I will say they have certainly set the standards for putting anxiety at ease by making the environment very calming. See you all soon!... (Show more)

Best dentist I ever met in my life.

Excellent staff the service was great the new space looks awesome

They are never called me back about my bill issue, I always paid after service and asked is that should be all payment after insurance and they replied yes, then even I paid more than $200 bill on time, they still sent me the $200 more bill later. Feel they are cheating and ask more money. Then I called back on my phone no response, after I change to use the others' number called, they called the others number back and never called my number back, even I use my phone number called them first, feel so mad about that. My entire family of six have been coming to the Kurz family Dentistry for 10 years. We have always received excellent treatment and customer service from the entire staff. Karen in the front office is the best when it comes to helping you understand the entire cost and ensuring benefits are used with no surprises. Lena provides outstanding support in front office and staff support. Amber is awesome when it comes to making your appointments fit your schedule and desire. Britney does a outstanding job working magic with all patients with excellent results and always putting the patient first. Dr. Kurz is a true professional who understands the patients needs and concerns with the greatest results. A truly great dental experience for the entire family and always, service with a smile. This office is very difficult to work with. There is always some sort of issue. I have dealt with scheduling conflicts, billing issues, and difficulty getting copies of my records. They incentivize positive reviews with a Starbucks gift card. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different dental practice.... (Show more)

I have been coming to the Kuz Family for years, and so far I am satisfied with their service. Great people, excellent job.

Doctor Kurtz and their staff are amazing.. We have been coming here for 18 years and would never consider going anywhere else, they are professional and so kind.

Excellent visit today! Rhonda, the hygienist was very knowledgeable, thorough, gentle, and educated me along the way. The office is beautifully decorated and cozy!

First of all, I never gave a five star, but this location is worth it! Dr. Kurz is amazing with that Novacane needle. I didn’t even feel the needle which was awesome. That alone deserves a five star. Kathy, Ali, and Dr. Kurz make an incredible team. True professionals in their craft. The place has totally been remodeled and looks It looks perfect. I’ve been going to them for a couple years now. Everything from the beginning of your visit to the final work is done is excellent. The girls up front are so helpful and caring. Dr Kurz is very understanding and gives you options on taking care of dental needs. After your work is done the girls upfront help you with insurance and payment arrangements. I am not too proud to say that, even as an adult, I have always had an innate fear of dentists and the associated practices. However, Kunz Family Dentistry was able to neutralize my fears. From the very beginning, through to my departure from their establishment, the level of care, understanding and professionalism left me looking forward to my next appointment. The entire staff were a top notch crew, but special menton must be reserved for Ali & Lala at the Front Desk and Monique the Dental Hygienist. While the former two patiently evaluated my insurance status, the latter explained the methodology in simple terms that even I could understand. The new office is beautiful! Feels and looks like a high end spa. The staff are all helpful and friendly and the doc is professional as always. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.
