I can tell you my experience of visiting this clinic for about 5 months. I purchased a laser hair removal course (10 visits). Before that, I did laser hair removal in other clinics. And I can say that I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. They do very bad laser hair removal here. The clinic looks nice and rich, but in reality the quality of services is poor. My laser hair removal was done poorly, they missed areas on my body, it was done very quickly and my hair almost didn’t fall out. I reported this to the administration several times, they said that they would take some steps, but nothing changed. Most likely, the lamps are not changed here and therefore the laser does not work well. Also, their employees perform this procedure poorly, too quickly and misses areas of body hair. I thought it would get better over time, but I went about 5-6 times and the quality of their services did not improve. I highly do not recommend this clinic.... (Show more)

For the white spot on my 3-year-old daughter's back, her pediatrician told her to look for a dermatologist who specializes in vitiligo. Our world came crashing down around us immediately afterwards. I took him to three doctors, two private. I would like to specifically state that the explanation and dedication we expected did not materialize. Maybe it was because we waited too long due to our sensitivity towards our children. However, we finished our search when a private doctor told us that it would be better if the treatment was started without delay, and our paths crossed with Mr. Kubilay, and we are glad that happened. He explained to us that the condition was a birthmark. He showed it with examples. It is wrong to say that he convinced us. He explained to us clearly what our situation was, without leaving any question marks in our minds. He is an incredible gentleman, respectful and patient. He is a great doctor who added his experience to the quality of the case. Thank you again. Maybe he won't remember us since it was a fifteen minute session. But he made us victorious in one of the greatest tests of our lives. It will never be erased from our memory. Motherhood is, of course, the most valuable examination of conscience in life.
