I don't like the service here.. hopefully this is the last one.. I prefer Gleneagles hospital.. even though the price is the same, the only difference is the service... the food here is also bad..

The oncologists here are not helpful. I would recommend those who have cancer to seek other doctors. There's only 2 oncologist, one of them wants money only and the other one too old. If I could turn back time, I would not bring my dad to kpj at all... I trusted the doctor but ended up making irreversible mistakes. Memang cannot radiotherapy already but still insist, most likely to earn money. When visit other doctors they also shocked why the doctor allowed to do radiotherapy. Horrible doctor👎👎👎... Nurse and doctor are okay. kitchen staff very nice. The problem is the counter service staffs. The way you answer phone call is like it is not your work to answer the call and you were forced to answer. And also, when you said you will reply email we dont expect you to reply immediately. We gave you time. But if it took 3 days for you to reply just to get a form meaning you are under staffed and inefficient. Therefore, counter or customer service staff, if you feel you cannot handle your task, please find other work. Lastly, no thank you.... (Show more)

When an emergency call requested an ambulance, he said Putatan was far away. It's not even left over. Mention it next time your ambulance is for the Damai area. He also said that if you go to Kpj, you want to be ready for 8k. 👏 solid …

Even if there is an appointment, it's late. I waited 2 hours before it was my turn. If you're walking in, consider waiting until you're old. If you're on a waiting list, it's better to understand. This is an appointment, bro. Waited for 2 hours and still not my turn. Last time here.

I am extremely dissappointed by the service given to my mother when she was admitted at this hospital and warded at Level 6. My mother suffered from multiple joint pains and was so in pain that she couldn’t even walk. For someone who was ambulating well and independent before, that was very frightening for her. She initially brought by my Aunt to the government hospital but appointment was too long. As I am working in west Malaysia, I asked my aunt to bring her to a private hospital. Some blood tests and x-rays and ultrasound were done here. I finally got to speak to the doctor on the phone while waiting for my flight which was very delayed due to bad weather. He said blood tests were okay and only albumin was low. When I saw my mother, she was still weak and in pain although swelling had reduced due to Lasix. I decided to bring my mom to west malaysia and asked for discharge. Knowing my mom was in pain, the people at the counter didnt even offer a wheelchair and didn’t even bother as we were exiting the front door. I brought her to a hospital here in PJ the next day. Just based on the tests done at KPJ SMC, they have diagnosed my mom to have rheumatoid arthritis with severe inflammation and Type 2 diabetes. Treatment was started immediately. And mom was so relieved and happy she could get up and stand again on her own the next day. She was not even admitted and didn’t even spend much money. Your tag line ‘ care for life’ ? You are far from that! There is no compassion and care here.... (Show more)
