Just been there & I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! 😃 Everyone was very nice, the skin cancer screening was even naked, which is something I'm not used to from my old dermatologist! I had to cancel my last appointment due to events such as the KVB rail strike. You call the practice a day in advance and only the phone always answers. But it's like that all the time. Many people here have reported this too. I then called for a new appointment and they assumed that since I hadn't canceled the appointment, I would be blocked. I took a screenshot and sent it to the email address as proof. Also not answered. I simply call this DISCRIMINATION! I HAVE CALLED! Don't assume anything about me! They never answer the phone or even answer an email. I have several pieces of evidence. One in 3 is answered ONLY. The fact that I got someone there for a new appointment after 4 tries absolutely shocked me! I almost couldn't answer because of the shock. That's not what they're accusing me of.... (Show more)

I've been thinking about writing a review for a long time. But now that it has become clear that negative criticism is undesirable and will be deleted, I have decided to also express myself. I have been following the reviews since my first and last treatment. All reviews (negative) to date have disappeared and been deleted. That's why the rating is back at 4.8. In the meantime it was 4.3. My post will certainly be deleted too, which is really absurd. I chose this practice because the practice is highly rated and the reviews are all friendly. I was treated by Dr. Shatton. At the beginning she was very friendly and I felt comfortable. This changed within a few minutes. At first I thought maybe it was her own sense of humor and didn't pay much attention to it. But as the treatment progressed, I realized that it wasn't meant to be humorous. Her sentences are cynical, disrespectful and you feel like a student who has done something wrong. “Set, 6!” I went for a skin screening/cancer screening and ended up feeling bad, like it was my fault that I have four black moles that need to be removed. These four moles cannot be removed in one operation because you can only bill for one mole per quarter. That means I would have needed four surgery appointments, each 3-4 weeks apart. And we all know that getting a dermatologist appointment is difficult. How am I supposed to reconcile it with my job and arrange appointments in advance over a period of almost half a year? And instead of explaining to me that it might be possible to cover the costs myself, the treatment time was already over. After the examination I was completely confused. On the one hand, I wanted to get out of the practice as quickly as possible, but on the other hand, I thought it was important to remove the moles. The practice assistant at reception was able to calm me down a little. I then made two appointments with the idea that I could cancel the appointments at any time. Which I did after reading the negative reviews shortly before my operation. These have since been deleted again. Today I was treated by Dr. Schatton for the first time. A very nice, modern practice with a great team. Dr. Schatton is a very nice, professional and, above all, empathetic doctor. Today was the first time I went to Dr. Schatton and I'm thrilled. The medical assistants at reception were nice, relaxed and helpful and so the examination continued. I have a lot of moles and have never seen so much time taken for a thorough examination. A very positive experience all around!

Unfortunately, I wasn't really satisfied with the practice. Unfortunately, the service left a lot of room for improvement. On the one hand from Ms. Schatton herself, I simply missed the friendliness but also on the other hand the availability. It took 8 attempts on different days until it worked. At 5 p.m. the answering machine starts with a request to call during the opening times, which according to the homepage are until 5:30 p.m. I don't understand things like that.... (Show more)
