The doctor is very talented and cute. The clinic is beautiful, clean, the staff are lovely and everyone is friendly.

The first day was quite good. But after that, I didn't care much. I called and didn't answer, sent a Line and didn't read. When he answered the phone he spoke sarcastically. Not the words, but the way of speaking and the tone of voice are not very okay. Paid almost 20,000 and received service like this which is quite bad. I'm a customer. This was the BEST experience. I was so nervous to see a GYN in Thailand (I’m from the US). The main doctor was INCREDIBLE. She made me feel calm & safe despite how nervous I was. The staff was friendly & welcoming. The price was reasonable. I will be back!

Doctor was ok but a bit hard to communicate with. They didn't give me a bill and are not replying to any messages after the appointment - they're quite expensive too. It felt like they wanted to sell me every possible test.

This is my favorite clinic/Dr's office on koh Samui. I didn't realize how many different services this clinic offers. I have been there for both the pulmonologist and the ophthalmologist. It's a beautiful clean place with very good energy. The staff are friendly and polite. Dr Rapheephan goes the extra mile to help even when it is not her patient.
