Dr. Seng is the best gynae I have ever come across, who helped me through both my pregnancies with ease. A very knowledgeable, experienced gynae with a down-to-earth and humble personality. Always make patients feel welcome and not anxious regardless of any problems the patient faces. Also, both his staff nurses, Pauline and Janet, are always very friendly and accommodative.
