Experience in Dental Care s.c. Gdańsk was absolutely great! As a patient, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and high quality of services provided by this dental clinic. The staff is extremely competent and friendly, which immediately creates an atmosphere of trust and comfort. Dentists are exceptionally experienced and can explain each stage of treatment in an understandable way, which makes even the most complicated procedures clear to the patient. Dental Care s.c. also takes care of a modern approach to technology, which translates into the effectiveness and precision of treatment. The clinic is well equipped with the latest equipment, which further increases the comfort and efficiency of visits. Additionally, the atmosphere in the office itself is very pleasant, which makes even people afraid of dental visits feel at ease. They removed the caries, but the aesthetics and price in addition to the quality of workmanship are a misunderstanding.

I can't say anything bad about it :) I have one more visit planned, but for now I can honestly recommend it. For the atmosphere, specific treatment plan, professionalism, office decor, and courtesy of all employees. Everything we would expect from a dentist :)

I went to the doctor Bartosz Nowak with pain in my tooth and signed up for a canal treatment procedure, since there was a filling in the tooth for a very long time and I have been feeling discomfort for 2 years. However, he didn’t want to bother himself and simply stuck a piece of filling over the tooth and took 300zł. After this, my condition worsened sharply; my temperature rose; it was the weekend and I was able to see a competent doctor only on Monday. He immediately opened the tooth; it was all black, the inflammation was severe, and finally root canal treatment began. If it weren’t Mr. Bartosz mistake and negligence, I would not have suffered from pain all weekend and the inflammation would not have reached such a degree. Of course, I wrote to Dr. Bartosz with a request to at least return me 300 zlotys. He refused and offered free tooth restoration after root canal treatment instead. I have absolutely no confidence in this doctor! When going to him, know that you are taking a risk. But the fact remains a fact - this doctor does not take responsibility for his mistakes.... I have been a regular client of the clinic for many years. Typically, annual visits were short and ended with no recommendation for treatment. Last year, previously unheard of problems began - tooth pain and hypersensitivity. Unfortunately, despite subsequent visits, my problem was not properly diagnosed. With a toothache, I finally went to another office, where the treatment was planned to be divided into many visits. After taking an X-ray, I also had to undergo endodontic treatment of two teeth, and the dentist found numerous negligences that were not noticed in the Dental Care office. Mr. Bartek cannot perform root canal treatment. I have treated several teeth at Dental Care - with varying degrees of success. The tooth in the photo is a tooth treated with a root canal - which broke off and revealed a piece of dark dentin that should not be there after a root canal. After the root canal treatment, I told the doctor that I was concerned about its dark color, but the doctor replied that this is sometimes the case after a root canal. Additionally, the tooth was allegedly rebuilt on two glass fibers (the doctor did not add the incisal angle for some reason the first time, so I paid twice for the reconstruction, PLN 500 each - not including the costs of the root canal). After a year after the root canal, the tooth began to crumble - in September, the doctor filled it again, along with the tooth next to it - which also crumbled after the filling was placed. Of course, I paid for these two fillings - there was no question of a complaint. (Another PLN 500) My teeth started to crumble again in December - I called to ask for an appointment, but no one wanted to see me because "the doctor's schedule is not made of rubber", and as I also learned from the Manager - "if you buy a car even for PLN 100,000. PLN, there is no guarantee that it will not break down in 3 months. Ultimately, I went to another dentist who did these two teeth and so far nothing is happening. He also informed me that the tooth was rebuilt on one, not two, glass fibers. The opinion is that the fillings and root canals were poorly made. I tried to reach an agreement regarding the complaint three times - to no avail. When Mr. Bartek finally called me, I couldn't talk. He said he wouldn't have time for me later and there was so much interest and attempts to contact me from the clinic. I do not recommend it, I am writing this review as a warning.... (Show more)

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the office's services. I came with a toothache that was supposed to be removed, but treatment was chosen - very expensive. After the first treatment, I returned home with even more pain and damaged gums (most likely the anesthesia was performed incorrectly, although the dentist from Dental Care said that it was a normal thing during the procedure - as it turned out after removal by another dentist, it was a lie). Another dentist was devastated to see how damaged the gum was. It cost me antibiotic treatment and five days of really severe pain. On the plus side, I can only say that there were no problems with the refund, although the dentist could not admit his mistake and apologize, he just tried to whiten it. To sum up: I didn't pay anything, but I got 5 free days of terrible pain due to which I couldn't go to work.... (Show more)
