Klinika Piramida

I was lured to this clinic by a doctor working in another clinic. Unintelligible management, no advance invoice, sky-high prices (word of mouth). I suspect that this is a global problem not only in this clinic, I saw the same behavior of doctors in another clinic. Money talks.

Had surgery this morning! I arrived in the morning, registered, showed the ward, explained everything and gave advice! After the operation, I slept a little, drank tea with biscuits and went home! 🙂 It probably has its disadvantages, but I didn't see or notice them! Overall satisfied!

I signed up for a COVID19 vaccination at this clinic, before the vaccination I asked the nurse if it was the new vaccine (XBB.1.5), to which the nurse answered in the affirmative. Good and responsive specialists

Unfortunately, a bad experience in consultations with specialists. After a 10-minute consultation and "examination", the traumatologist-orthopedic sends him to a neurologist. The neurologist half-coherently spends time, tapes and recommends to relax more. Invites you to come back if the pain does not go away. After 3 months, during which the pain in the knee joint did not go away, I decided to go to another neurologist (Pyramid's specialist, however, did not instill enough trust). Medicines are prescribed and a referral for an MRI examination is given. Ok, now there are some real steps to be taken. A course of medication, an examination and another consultation follow. Conclusion - an old, scarred meniscus tear. Treatment under the competence of a traumatologist. Of course, everyone has their own treatment path. Be very careful. You will have to pay for the telephone consultation. They don't warn you about it, but call back later and ask for an e-mail to send the invoice.

It was only a good experience!

My visit to the endocrinologist lasted about 8 minutes, during that time the answer to all my questions was : this is normal, this is how you are , this is your specialty. I'm not a doctor, but I do believe that the issues I have specified are not normal and there is definitely something wrong. The doctor did not even take a proper look or examine me, the only thing they did was measure my blood pressure, which I knew was fine to begin with, and was probably done just because she had to do something. The cost for this was 72 euros, which I feel were wasted and I have not given proper care/advice/medical consultation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, avoid at all cost.... (Show more)

Terribly long wait. If you make an appointment at this clinic, you don’t have to plan your next day at all. Once it took me 4 hours to wait for a doctor because the women at the reception forgot to tell the doctor that I had an appointment. I don't recommend coming here.

I give the doctor 5 stars. Professional with a careful, understanding approach to the patient. However, and unfortunately, the rating drops a lot if you talk about the clinic's reception staff, who wait and are the last to see when leaving the clinic: The service, dialogue, and attitude of the receptionist are at a very, very, very low and unprofessional level. Negativity and unkindness jumps from all sides and is easy to read - when entering and leaving the clinic. It is a pity that receiving a good experience from the doctor, the overall impression can be spoiled and influenced by the reception staff.... (Show more)

Recording is delayed!! Inconvenient

I was very dissatisfied with this clinic, although this was not the first time I went there. I made an appointment for my husband to see a cardiologist (we live abroad), we planned all the visits and this visit was the most important, but when my husband came to the appointment, it turned out that there was no doctor and they they twisted it so that we are to blame, since there is no contact phone number (at the same time, they must take the contact number when making an appointment, as they do in other clinics). It is as if it is indicated on the door that the clinic is accessible to people in wheelchairs, but there is no special parking place to park a car, and the reception counter is at such a height that you cannot see the employee, nor the employee me.
