Unfortunately, my visit to the clinic did not turn out according to my expectations. Dr. MUDr. Martin Czinner ran between two surgeries, which had a good effect only in the speed of patient check-in. I left with only a custom-made brace (even the pharmacy downstairs at the clinic didn't know what size, at the same time I think that in such a professional clinic they should know what and how). There was no need to check, just rub your finger and voila. Even the information that I am right-handed and a non-functioning finger limits me at work did not help. I am glad that there are other clinics, such as Vysoké nad Jizerou, where they will at least try to save my finger so that it is not limited to numbers.... (Show more)

Absolutely great clinic. Orthopedics bed ward 1 nurses excellent. Great care. There is no fear in the operating room. Great staff. Radek Kebrle, MD? I have been under his care since 2005 when he helped me with my right wrist. No one else dared to do it. Thank you very much for such a great doctor.

Honestly, the expectations were not exaggerated, the reality was rather worse. No one would take me there for surgery anymore. It is important to be a problem-free patient. I will remember the anesthesiologist's comments during admission for the rest of my life. The sisters are nice (not all of them), but I haven't seen them that often. When I asked for something for the pain after the operation, she brought it to me in no time. (in an hour and a half) At least one realizes that sometimes the state hospital is the better choice.... I do not recommend Dr. Monika Linhartová. You come to the doctor's office and you have the impression of her, what do you even dare to bother, unsympathetic. She completely ruined my whole view of the clinic, so I will have the operation somewhere else, where they have a different approach. I was booked at Mr. Kříž's orthopedic office, the fact that I waited another hour after the booked time is really a minimal problem. After arriving, the doctor wrote not even one third of what I told him in the report and that he left out big details (among other things, the fact that I had already completed laser therapy and the problem returned after 14 days !!!). He examined my problematic ankle and Achilles tendon, saying that a sprained ankle can hurt for six months and that there is no swelling, no pain, and neither does the Achilles tendon. He didn't send me for an X-ray, x-ray, anywhere, and he said I can slowly start lifting weights. Of course, it didn't seem like it to me, I had the problem for over 4 months at the time, and minimal exercise in the form of a longer walk was not possible without pain. I made an appointment with a specialist elsewhere, and wonder of the world, the ligaments in the ankles were already fused but they were torn, the swollen ankle was because it was filling with water and there was a small inflammation in the achilles, which was still causing quite a bit of trouble. So it is really sad and outrageously rude at the same time that they allow themselves to treat patients like this at "Pírkáča"! You still really feel like you're a nuisance there! I don't understand what we pay health insurance for? To imagine, if I were stupid and followed the advice of Mr. Dr. Kříž and started with loads, I would definitely renew the whole problem and with great certainty make it worse. So really no for me, I actually don't even understand that for orthopedists it's probably an acute condition, until when you can't walk and only after that they may examine you a little longer, but to discharge the patient and not even send him for an X-ray when, among other things, he fell down the stairs is really a great approach. Thumbs down and never again! I am wiser and I have understood that I will not set foot in such a sloppy workplace again for anything and I will look for specialists who will not only accept you faster, but will really examine and offer comprehensive treatment! I would probably give 5 stars, because I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality and willingness of the staff, but unfortunately the rating was lowered by today's blonde nurse, who was visiting with the doctor. The nurse brought me back from the cloud of satisfaction to the harsh reality when the staff does not know how to behave and deal with the patient decently. Don't spoil your name with such people, your staff is otherwise great. However, this lady would need a pair for bare feet.... (Show more)

I am sorry that I have to rate it negatively, despite repeated telephone contacts at the reception, it is not possible to make an appointment with the specified doctor. In the event that I manage to contact the nurse directly, she says she is busy and will not provide a treatment date with a link to the reception. A vicious circle. I don't know a better wrist specialist than MUDr Kebrle. By palpation and then by X-ray, he discovered a problem that 4 doctors at the Kolín Hospital could not detect even by palpation, but by X-ray. He is a real wrist class, I would never go to anyone else in the wrist business.

Hello. Today 31.8. I was with a lady who fell on her knee, which swelled up and she couldn't walk. After 45 minutes of waiting in an empty surgery, the doctor told her that she was at the wrong address and that he couldn't do anything for her, so I don't understand how you can such a person work at all....
