Associate. UWM - specialist in general surgery He was born in 1959. I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Gdansk in 1984. Got specialization in surgery in 1991, in 1993 - a doctorate, which was supervised by Prof. Mieczyslaw Trenkner from Gdansk. In 2012 I got habilitation. The patron of my habilitation was Prof. Krzysztof Pasnik from Warsaw. In 1987, he founded the Laboratory Endoscopic Specialist Hospital in Wejherowo and until 2000 was its director. In 1989 he started performing vascular surgery at the Hospital in Wejherowo, including operations of abdominal aortic aneurysms and carotid artery operations. In 1993, he started to operate in the technique laparoskopowej- turn: cholecystectomy, appendectomy, inguinal hernia TAPP technique, ulcer perforation of the stomach and duodenum, adrenal glands and spleen resection. Since 2000 I am doing laparoscopic operations of colorectal cancer and in 2003 laparoscopic transhiatal resection of the esophagus and stomach, and bariatric procedures. In 2008, I made a left-sided laparoscopic resection of the pancreas. Since 1998 I am doing large liver resections in primary tumors and metastatic tumors.
