Encounter a very bad situation for the second time with their management system. Their specialist usually only come on Saturday. So I took (SECOND TIME) annual leave to come to this place, but they told me Doctor wasn’t around even after my appointment. Can I know why would this happen and What is your appointment stands for? Seriously my place to your place is 1hr and I’m having a trust issues if I need to book for the 3rd time. Before happen to visit your place I WhatsApp to your staff on the day before but how could this HAPPENED OVER AND OVER AGAIN!??? My first experience was also the same I texted before my departure but my first time was lucky because I haven out from my house. They told me the same thing their Doctor wasn’t around, even we already made appointment with them earlier. So do I took my AL for nothing because of your carelessness? For the second time? If you do not have Doctor, you shouldn’t acknowledged me at the first place, you’re causing too much hassle to people! Today when I arrived, they told me Doctor Pakar is not around again. Seriously, I’m so regret because before this I had came for consultations and Xray. For now I’m already half way with them… Money wasted, time also wasted. I want to say thank you to Dr Mira & team, not only because my wisdom tooth surgery went well, but because of all the care and kindness you offered me and my kids everytime we visited your clinic before and after procedure. Dr Mira has been my kids dentist since 2018. Rates are reasonable. Glad that we found this clinic. Dr Mira can consider as paed dentist as she is kid friendly doctor.... (Show more)

Highly recommended, comfortable place, if you have an appointment you don't have to wait long, very professional doctor, very beautiful fillings. Although the price is bearable, but the service is good, very satisfied.

Been here a couple of time. Staff and dentist are friendly and profesional. Waiting lounge is clean. There is surau here. Treatment are is also clean n feel luxury Since i paid all cost by my self, i can say the charges a bit in the high side..but u get what u paid for in return.

Alhamdulillah, I finished my dental check-up this morning. Make a dental filling. 1. A good doctor 2. The doctor explains well 3. Comfortable atmosphere 4. Reasonable price 5. The front desk is also good.

The dental clinic here is the best. I am very afraid of doctors, I feel so safe and happy that my fear is gone. The best doctor, the best staff. 3000 stars for me. Strongly recommended!

I came here twice, the service was ok. Only in terms of expertise, no. My son has a toothache, the solution should be to pull out the problem tooth, but no. He gave painkillers with antibiotics. He said he wanted to refer to a specialist. So I came back with my son's toothache. My son's face is swollen. Every time he comes, he charges a hundred more. Second x-ray, still have to refer to a specialist. So I just came here to waste time and money. That expertise is not there. The third time I came to get an x-ray, I just wanted to print it, and it was so late that I didn't want to share it. Let me refer the specialist to another place straight away. Waiting for expert feedback until it's over. My advice, go to a dentist clinic who can make a decision. I have a toothache...can't sleep at night you know bro.... (Show more)

First time here, quite crowded I guessed because it’s Saturday. Treatment will only by appointment. Walk-ins are only for normal checking and medications. One area can be improved is the ‘entertainment’ i.e. the volume of the music (aired from Astro) is quite disturbing especially when you’re having toothache.... (Show more)

I went there for scaling & polishing because I’ve read many good reviews about this clinic. Dr Mira is very knowledgable and I really love how gentle she is while doing the scaling. She also explains every step very clearly. Will go there for other dental treatments.

Highly recommended!! Dr. An Nur Din did a good job extracting my wisdom tooth. He injected twice with minimum pain. I will come again 3 weeks later for cleaning all my tooth.

My experience in this clinic was not really good . With having respon from the dentist . I don't know why they explain it to me on the way that not helpful . Other than that , she still doing gentle while doing my teeth . .thank you .
