This dentist was recommended to me, but at the first appointment I was immediately pushed to make follow-up appointments. The dentist's attitude was very haughty. Immediately after having my wisdom teeth extracted, I was anesthetized and pushed again to make appointments for an implant, which a student like me has to consider and budget for. After indicating several times that I had to consult my agenda first, I had to cancel if I was unable to make it, but the appointment had to be included. A trick to get more money, or a no-show fine if I forget. Meanwhile, I'm gagging on the cotton wool in the back of my mouth. Then received an expensive bill stating that it was an extensive surgical procedure while the teeth were as good as loose and it was a matter of prying and pulling. I recently came there and they simply refused me, the schedule for several years in advance. Just a lie! A very unpleasant aftertaste remains when leaving them!

I was shocked - I called this clinic, I wanted their dentist to clean the caries formation in three teeth, and added a filling to the front tooth, the tooth is healthy, there is just a small space there and the filling always falls off there. The woman began to invent that everything is busy until September next year = this simply does not happen! Then she began to tell that I should register! French citizens have the right to live without registration for 3 months, and that I have to not go to the dentist for 3 months! She began to give me the phone number of a cheap clinic where they help you urgently! And we all know what these clinics are! My doctor in France is one of the 2 most famous! He is known even in America. All over the world, if you find yourself in another country, you go and pay and get your teeth treated and so on. I have never seen such an attitude in my life. Neighboring country of the European Union. They lie and simply do not want to help even for money! And I know what prices you have in the clinic, because the person who visits you advised me! I was supposed to be called back, then I called back when I heard that I was listed under "Doubtful" in the system because I had not paid, but that is not customer service, in short, he would rather not have me because I would have no money. Money grabbing place, greedy people! Made an appointment to fix one little chip on my tooth. The agreement was to come in for an orientation consultation. As soon as I arrived, I was taken in this room for an X-ray. I asked the practitioner why I had to go through that as I hadn't even spoken to the dentist yet. I further explained that I was only there for a chipped tooth and demonstrated my confusion with the whole X-ray situation. After lots of debate, the practitioner convinced me to do it as I was a new patient and needed to get that done even before meeting with the doctor. I was still very annoyed at the whole situation as all I wanted to do was have a consult to see how we could fix my tooth for pure aesthetic reasons as I felt no pain at all! Moments after the X-ray, I was taken into the dentist's office only to have my picture taken. My mouth wasn't even open.. I have no idea why they wanted my face in their records. All in all, I spent 10 minutes on the chair, the dentist ended up telling me I needed to fix two little chips on my back teeth that I didn't know I had and that wasn't bothering me AT ALL. I then told them, that I wasn't there for that and all I wanted to do was fix a little chip on my front tooth. Obviously, they wouldn't just settle with that. He explained to me why that little chip couldn't be fixed on its own because the other teeth would eventually damage the work done. I found this quite funny as I lived perfectly fine with my teeth up until the moment I chipped it biting on a pen. I was later presented with a 400 euro estimated bill to fix my little chipped tooth along with the back teeth that have never bothered me before and to pay for the unwanted and unnecessary X-RAY... I was absolutely shocked! Are they serious??? After the evaluation I had enough! I chose not to have the procedure done and walked out, having to pay for the consultation and X-ray. I am completely disappointed and robbed out of my money. Awful place. Keep your money and look elsewhere for a proper dentist office.... (Show more)

Very happy that I did the Brite Smile treatment. Professional and good explanation of the treatment. It was especially important to me that my teeth would lighten naturally. That worked!

I had been suffering from severe toothache for 2 weeks, but when even painkillers had little effect, the need was urgent. I contacted dentist Michels' practice and luckily I was able to go that same afternoon. I'm not much of a hero when it comes to dental treatments, but I really enjoyed the root canal treatment. I was first well anesthetized and during the treatment I was kept well informed about the progress. This dentist, together with his assistant, expresses a lot of expertise. Years ago I received beautiful porcelain veneers in this clinic, the treatment was very pleasant, and the result has been completely satisfactory for many years now.
