The clinic looks great, and has a lot of services. Unfortunately, the quality of services isn’t the best Good: - surgery experience was nice, well executed and smooth, the surgeon and staff were patient and professional Bad: - teeth cleaning was probably the worst of my life, the doctor was rude and it was hurtful - orthodontist appointment is hard to get into and not worth it, the doctor didn’t want to answer questions and insisted I must “just trust her” and the fact that I had questions meant I didn’t trust her enough (what???)... Helped me to get over from fear of dentists.
The quality is excellent, the service is excellent, but the prices are high and the waiting lists are long.
The best. No big words are needed for that. You have to get in line and come, and your worries will be solved. Always happy to go to the dentist!

Reeli Kotkas filled it and six months later removed the nerve in the same tooth. After the visit, my cheek was swollen, my gums hurt, and medicine was leaking from my nose. I completed this tooth treatment in another clinic, where it turned out that Reeli Kotkas had perforated the tooth (drilled right through the wall of the tooth root), took X-rays, and made a map of the tooth. Reeli Kotkas and the head of kliinik 32 Brit Pensa, despite the attached documents, do not admit a medical error.... (Show more)

Always a very professional clinic that solves the patient's wishes/expectations. Having experienced so many unpleasant experiences before (which make me afraid of dental treatment), they slowly start to recede - simply wonderful staff :).
A very professional and soulful clinic.
It seems that the quality has started to decline. The dental crown came off 2x until I had it fixed properly in another place. After 3 years, pieces came off the dental crown and new invoices were submitted for the repair. Now another seal has been opened.
Professionalism, attitude to work and the client, organization is the business card of clinic 32, trust, respect and gratitude to you!
