Would highly recommend this practice. Have been visiting for years and even though I moved from the area have continued to go due to the service and care. I went in today with 2 broken teeth and Aneesh and Michelle were fantastic, putting me at ease and I left smiling again. Thank you

My appointment went very well with the hygienist. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and recommended using interdental brushes along with my dental floss. She kindly gave me two pieces of interdental brushes. She also took the time to explain the reason for the receding gum on my left molars - brushing technique of a right handed person. She recommended an electric toothbrush for that and better brushing techniques. The ladies at reception were very helpful and answered my questions about paying for treatments using BUPA Insurance. They also emailed me my invoice promptly as promised. I'd recommend this practice to everyone.... (Show more)

I've had many dentists as I've moved around a lot but never have I left the dentist feeling like my oral health was actually improved, and that I was taken care of. I have a lot of jaw pain from bruxism and my dentist was really considerate and observed when I needed breaks and did not judge or anything. I have been a member since two years. According to the plan scaling should have been done every six month with teeth health check but mine was done once a year. Detist himself was very kind and nice but he missed my wobbly molar while one of the appointments and noticed it few days after the appointment. I thought nothing of it at first but it started getting worse so went back and was told it can't be saved straight away. I asked for second opinion from the other dentist in the same setting and the other dentist suggested few options which were not suitable for my condition and diagnosed me with the gum disease. They misdiagnosed me as there is no modern equipment or machinery, all they did was to use that same old very painful xray machine. So they suggested to get an opinion from the implant expert from the setting as the tooth is very wobbly and can't be saved also I might not be fit for an implant as apparently there no space underneath for implant screw. Its been 5 weeks and I am still waiting for them to book me an appointment with the implant expert. In the mean while my husband suggested to go to another dental practice and ask for the opinion. I went to the very modern dentist practice in the Moortown. They did a ct scan and got the whole image of my head with teeth and said theres nothing wrong with gums and you are also fit for the implant. the dentist said its a bite problem and the gums are perfectly healthy. He suggested to grind the top of the tooth to avoid biting and the roots might heal back as there will be no pressure. He charged a small amount and did the procedure. Three weeks in and the tooth is hardly wobbly anymore. So so happy that I went to that dentist and got the second opinion. I have cancelled the MS from Bupa and moving to the dentist who saved my tooth and did not perform a painful surgery to get rid of my tooth and putting the implant in. I am very disappointed with the misdiagnosis and will never recommend it to anyone. There are far better dentist available in the same or less membership price with the latest machines, technology and information. Please always get a second opinion before getting anything invasive done with your teeth. Giving an added star just because the dentists themselves were very well spoken and kind which are hard to find in NHS dental practices. P.s just checked the photos of this prcatice now and they do have the ct scan machine which they never bothered to use for me.... (Show more)

Professional, competent and extremely helpful dental practice. Very experienced when it comes to dealing with elderly, challenging patients (my father is 95 with onset dementia). My appointment was cancelled due to the dentist being off through illness, it has taken (so far) 4 months to get a refund for the deposit (£80). Promised call backs, never happen, promised refund 'this week' never happen, the practise doesn't really care! Over 3 hours on calls to try and get a refund has not go anywhere.... (Show more)

I have just had composite bonding on my front teeth. The teeth at front of my mouth had large gaps receding gums and were very discoloured. Aneesh Bali my dentist explained fully what the procedure involved. Aneesh and the dental nurse Michelle were superb. I had four appointments. The third appointment was the main procedure (a long appointment but painless and superb results). Aneesh is a perfectionist. My fourth a check up and polish. They were both delightful throughout my treatment. And I now have a wonderful smile. I am So delighted. I would highly recommend a visit.
