Overall we are very satisfied. Sometimes the doctor's assistants weren't that nice, but most of the time they were. We received competent advice and treatment. We have already had one child through the clinic and hope that it will work a second time.

They are cheating you (waste of time and money). They don't tell you your problems at first, only after bombarding you with hormone medication for a while (more than a year) do you come to terms with your real problem.

Hello everyone, we were treated here, more precisely by Dr. Moltrecht. My husband is almost 10 years older and I also just turned 40. We felt comfortable from the first moment... with the practice team and with the doctor. It didn't work the first time, it was only the third transfer that brought us our wonderful son (he is now four months old). Important: have yourself checked carefully beforehand... we had fibroids in the way, which lasted about 3 years and had to be aborted,... after the removal in the Neu Bethlehem hospital in Göttingen, it worked immediately... unfortunately, many women know nothing about this problem with the fibroids. Mr. Dr. Moltrecht had also drawn our attention to this possible obstacle. Thank God! And remember that especially at an advanced age - it's super difficult, I know - but very important - bring serenity and calm... I did a bit of yoga (if you can call it that) almost every day after the fibroids were removed ;-) and went for a walk so as not to put myself under too much stress. Overall, we didn't feel like we were in good hands here and will look for an alternative. Treatment: Little support, instead instilling fear and anxiety. During my time in treatment, I met three doctors and had various treatment discussions and examinations with them. Now they told me *in almost every conversation* that I have a very low egg reserve. You don't like hearing that the first time (because this value means that you won't be able to produce many eggs for much longer). I think that other women who go to a fertility clinic also have a strong desire to have children. This means that I (like others, I'm sure) remember all the information related to it and think about it (probably too much). I think it's absolutely inappropriate to keep telling me this fact ("You really have a low egg cell reserve, so we have to act quickly") when I'm there TO ACT. Puncture: I almost stopped the puncture shortly before because the anesthesiologist seemed completely incompetent. Sure, he can ask where blood is usually taken, I'll be happy to help. So I say “left” and look at his brooding face. Finally he murmurs, “left, all right. But in the left arm I have to be careful that I hit a vein and not an artery.” Dear reader, at this point I have to mention that I have not yet taken any medication. But I had to seriously consider whether the anesthesiologist had accidentally given himself a (double?) dose of his stuff today. Of course, in the human body, veins and arteries run through left AND right arms and legs... But now I had already come this far and was lying on the operating table after injecting myself with all sorts of hormones at the specified times and didn't want to stop. Apparently I survived the anesthesia and the procedure and am now writing this review. But this anesthesiologist, who seems very planned (also in other respects), would get a maximum of 2 stars from me. Communication: Difficult. In general, I didn't feel welcome there and the absolute majority of the employees spoke with an annoyed, whiny undertone. Unfortunately, we have the feeling that we are only interesting as customers because of the money and most of the conversations had the flavor of a "sales event". The practice rooms: Clean and tidy but unfortunately only the doctor's rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Neither the treatment rooms, waiting rooms, operating room nor recovery room are at a tolerable temperature on hot, humid summer days. Conclusion: Overall, unfortunately I cannot recommend this center. The rather unfriendly treatment and the fear-mongering left a really unpleasant impression on us. I don't expect to hold hands (that's what you have a partner for), but I find it inappropriate that almost every visit I'm made aware of my "poor chances without the help of the KiWu Center" and that every time they make sure to give me a good treatment pressure is applied. Of course they are putting pressure on me. The worst thing that can happen to them is that we get pregnant just like that. Poof…then they won’t get any money from us.... (Show more)

The best

We were treated in 2021 and I was pregnant in the second cycle, the doctor Ms. Saikle-kindl was very friendly and immediately took away our worries and fears. Now we are holding our second miracle in our arms. Highly recommended

I was treated in 2019/2020 and became pregnant in the third cycle. I was treated by Dr. Moltrecht treated. My gynecologist always raves about him. A very nice and pleasant doctor, I felt very comfortable right from the start. The medical assistants were also great. Our daughter was born on November 19th, 2020.... (Show more)

Many thanks to Dr. med. Moltrecht and the team! We have been able to hold our treasure in our arms since March 8th, 2021. On the recommendation of the doctors from the university hospital, we went to Dr. Moltrecht came. He gave us very good advice, took his time and we planned the next steps. The examinations were carried out professionally and everything that was done was explained to us very well. The problem was quickly found and the right treatment was used. We got pregnant straight away in the first exercise cycle :-) The team of medical assistants is great, the calls and appointment scheduling were quick and friendly. Unfortunately, zero service and a doctor, but only the money

We went to Dr. on the recommendation of my gynecologist. Moltrecht was treated and we felt very comfortable right from the start! The team around is also super nice. The treatment was successful and I would contact Dr. again and again. Moltrecht turn! Absolute recommendation!

EDIT: The doctor PERSONALLY called me to talk about this review! Apart from the fact that it is NOT legal to try to influence someone to change their rating, this only reinforces my belief! Apparently, dear doctor, YOU had my cell phone number the entire time, so why, after waiting 5 months between two appointments, are we informed via telephone (WE called!) that your clinic is informing us based on my husband's overweight (this factor counts in the rest other KiWu clinics (since the man is not a risk factor during pregnancy and birth) do not want to continue treatment? Why couldn't you tell us when we were with you in person? Why couldn't you call and wasted OUR time? Why did YOU tell me at our appointment that we didn't have to act quickly because I was still relatively young (25/my husband 30)? Who has the right to decide about our time, you or me? Why did you tell us things like "You're more likely to win the lottery than have a child" and other hurtful things even when tears were flowing? don't you have empathy? We only went to the clinic because my husband's urologist (osterode) had referred us. My gynecologist was horrified when I told him about it and he immediately recommended another clinic with which we are very happy! In which we feel very comfortable, that we are treated like a human being (and not another patient number that needs to be processed!) and are very confident that we will receive our little miracle in 2021. Make up your own mind -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----- Preferably 0 stars. They just want to get rid of patients and they can do it successfully. Don't go there, you'll be held back forever so they can bill you for as long as possible, but they don't really do anything. Very great practice. Have been receiving successful treatment there for years. The whole team is always nice and friendly. We always immediately feel comfortable and in good hands.
