My wife and I recently went to the practice for a detailed diagnosis. Dr. Rott and the entire team were consistently positive in terms of scheduling appointments and the examination.

Extremely poor accessibility for over 2 weeks, unfortunately extremely disappointed. Called several times to ask a few things and to cancel an appointment. How can you charge a cancellation fee if no one answers or someone calls you back?

Dr. Rott and Dr. Stamm are both very competent doctors with a great team. Waiting times are kept as short as possible and appointments are allocated so that you don't have to wait in a crowded waiting room. I feel taken seriously and in good hands here. I have been going to this practice for a long time and have received very professional and competent care during two pregnancies, including the desire to have children. The entire practice team is very friendly and I always felt like I was in good hands. I can particularly benefit from the treatment with Dr. Stamm, Dr. Kühlcke and Dr. Rott speak. I recently went to the practice for the first time and saw Dr. Tribe. The doctor and receptionists were friendly and there was a pleasant atmosphere. I'll stay here 😀 …

Top practice! Ms. Anna Stamm listens well, takes her time, and provides excellent medical care! And even in emergencies, as a patient you will receive immediate care. If necessary, also from another doctor from the group practice without having to wait long. 100% recommendation!

I had a very positive experience here. I was able to get an appointment swiftly, the staff (receptionist and doctor) were very kind and great at their jobs. And they accepted my European health card.

I am really completely satisfied with this practice both professionally and personally. But when it comes to communication/accessibility, action is really needed here. There is no email address, only a callback request form. However, the callbacks will not come until 24 hours later at the earliest. And if you can't answer the callback straight away. Then the whole game starts again. However, you can alternatively book appointments online. Which, in non-acute cases, is completely sufficient.... (Show more)

Terribly unsympathetic practice

I used to be very satisfied with the practice and therefore accepted the further journey even after moving. However, the recent visits will now be my last. Miss Dr. Stamm dealt with my complaints in such an unempathetic and insensitive manner. I've been there 5 times with the same problem and was put off with the same procedure 4 times. She paid no attention to my suggestions about what it could be and didn't take my fears seriously at all. When I sat in front of her crying for the fifth time, I still had the feeling that I had to apologize for having the same problem again. That was the first time she told me a possible cause, but she had no empathy for me there either and didn't even wish me a "get well soon" when I left.... (Show more)

I am an absolute fear patient and haven't been to the gynecologist in 6 years since my daughter was born. I came across Fr Stamm and the practice through Instagram. I was able to book the right appointment online without any problems. I was welcomed into the practice in a very friendly and helpful manner. There was a very trusting preliminary discussion before I was asked into the treatment room. Fr Stamm is absolutely competent and enjoys sharing her knowledge with her patients. After 38 years, I finally know why I have pain during examinations. The treatment was flawless and I am incredibly grateful! Little to no waiting time. Very friendly team and attractive rooms. I have been a patient here for many years and feel completely in good hands. I never have to wait long when I have an appointment. Miss Dr. Kühlcke is a very pleasant, trustworthy, competent and calm doctor. The sisters are also all in a good mood, very happy and in good spirits and always friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. TOP PRACTICE: About 17 years ago, during my first pregnancy, I went to FERA looking for a midwife, Dr. Rott and his colleagues Dr. Altinöz and Dr. Külcke came and stayed. Dr. Rott is an absolutely experienced and empathetic doctor. He exudes a lot of calm and competence, takes time for conversations and takes a holistic approach to his patients, including any psychological problems. After this long time and 2 pregnancies, I can say that Dr. Rott is a great gynecologist. I was also able to get to know his colleagues as part of the preventative care and during the deliveries and I can only agree with those who wrote them down. All the doctors are great. The practice team and practice management are also excellent. Hardly any waiting times. Appointments can also be made digitally in a timely manner. You will be reminded again via email 1-2 days before the appointment and advised to arrive approx. 15 minutes before the appointment. I have never experienced the practice charging for missed appointments. But I also know this from other practices and I think it's justified because I hear more often that doctors and service providers struggle with patients' and customers' adherence to appointments. I have been a patient of Dr. for almost 20 years. Kühlcke, my daughter and my Eckeldaughter are also patients there. I/we always felt well looked after. We are happy to take a further route. Even my daughter-in-law was able to be helped with a spontaneous problem. Thank you very much.. and see you soon.. I switched to FERA during pregnancy because something went wrong with my old gyn. FERA looked after me very well and quickly gave me all the relevant appointments. Dr. Altinöz takes a lot of time during the (ultrasound) examinations. The practice also always calls quickly if there is anything abnormal in the blood tests. I'm very satisfied!... (Show more)

It is very rare that every doctor in a shared practice is good. But here everyone is very professional, nice, helpful and takes enough time. I've been here for 2 and a half years now and I'm super satisfied.

wish i could give 0 stars. because no twice i took a day off to go to this doctor just to find out its closed and both times there was nothing written abt this on google or on their website. i even checked it before leaving and had to find out its closed and i travelled 2 hours for nothing :) incompetent staff, ill be switching doctors now edit: i called them to cancel a future appointment and told them about them being closed and not notifying us on the website and the woman on the phone claimed it was my fault, very lovely... 31 July : I am still waiting for my corect test results. Test done in April but I was sent test result from 2019. Still waiting!!!!!! 24 july update : I finally received my test results. Once again, I was sent the result from 2019. When I was at the clinic on 24 June to pivk up my test results, the lady at the reception gave me the result from 2019. I brought this to her notice. She assured me I will receive my result via post. A month later I finally get my post but again, its the old report from 4 years ago. have been called them several times. Of course since no human picks up the phone the message is taken by their digital service. When they call I am busy and unable to attend their call. This whole experience with Fera has been a nightmare. They have misplaced my test report or never received it from the lab. I am super stressed and tearing up. I paid from my own pocket for this test and I dont even get the test result! 17 June Update: I am still waiting for my test results which I gave 4 months ago. I have not been informed if everything was okay, is there an infection! I am simply waiting. I have made several calls and written email. They keep saying they will send me by post I have unfortunately not received anything. I am also still waiting for my Befundsbericht to submit to my insurance. It is impossible to get in touch with the clinic. Whenever I call the clinic, it is received by the 'digital assistant Fera'. Four months ago,I did some tests and I never received the results. I am also waiting for a Befundsbericht (Angabe der Beschwerde) to submit to my Versicheruung. I went to the clinic on Tuesday and the lady at the reception assured me I will get a call back from the doctor and all the necessary documents. I have so far received no call or response.... Everyone is very nice and competent. We had an emergency in 2022 that was handled perfectly. We have a lot of trust here.

I have been with Dr. for several years. Altinöz, a great doctor and I'm glad to have found him. In general, very nice staff in the practice, a great team.
