Everything was great, we felt like we were in good hands.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the fertility clinic. After six months in the clinic, we have reached our goal and dream. We are pregnant:) I have to say that I'm already 40 years old and we've tried the natural route for a few years but unfortunately it didn't work. Not only our doctor, Dr. Mutz but also the entire team of doctors were very competent, sensitive and my questions were always answered thoroughly. The sisters were also happy when you entered the practice; since we were often there at least twice a week, we felt at home. Since the first/second attempt with ICSI didn't work, we had other tests done to rule out other things. After half a year in practice and the 4th attempt, it worked. We are so incredibly grateful that the entire team supported us so much and that our dream is finally coming true. Many thanks again to Dr. Mutz, thanks to her, we won the battle with our health insurance company. She simply didn't give up and knew what the law said and stood up for it. I was blessed with my daughter by the help of this clinic. I went there scared, desperate and with zero knowledge. They were so patient and friendly. Companied me on every step. I write this as a patient comming to this clinic for over 6 months and with a very limited knowledge of German. I fully recommend this clinic for the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff and doctors. I have seen all three doctors- Ms. Awwadeh, Ms. Mutz and Ms. Kuszanowsky and i have only good words to say. The empathy and professionalism are traits which caracterize everyone here. Not all staff speaks English, but ALL made the effort to communicate with me to the best of their abilities. After a few weeks of regular appointments at the fertility clinic, I can only warmly recommend this clinic. The entire team is always friendly, warm, courteous and strives to make everything as pleasant as possible for the patients. You always have a contact person and are well informed about everything. I was with Dr. Mutz undergoing treatment that was recommended to me due to my endometriosis. Miss Dr. Mutz is a calm and sensitive doctor who takes her patients along with her in a warm manner and patiently explains and discusses everything. The surgical team was also able to create an atmosphere in which one could feel safe and secure in what was actually an unpleasant, emotional and exciting situation (medical freezing). Thank you !... My husband and I had our first appointment in January. Due to my history, artificial insemination was the only option for us. After several examinations that took place in quick succession, treatment began in February. In March I was pregnant after the first attempt. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage. After the 4th attempt in August I am now pregnant again. Miss Dr. Mutz always encouraged us. She took the time to educate us about all procedures and alternatives. Sometimes we had to wait a long time despite having an appointment. I also waited in vain several times for calls and return calls. I learned from this and planned more time for appointments and preferred to call myself when it came to results and findings. It should not be forgotten that doctors are specialists. It took us very little time from the first call to the start of treatment. We have reached our goal and agree that we should contact Dr. again for a sibling. Mutz and her team would visit.... We were treated here from January 2022 to April 2023 and felt very comfortable and looked after. The rooms are nice and bright, the receptionists are friendly and the care from the doctors is great. They took a lot of time, answered all questions and exuded a pleasant calm. After several years of unfulfilled desire to have children, myoma and endometriosis operations, I finally managed to get pregnant in April. We can recommend the clinic without reservation.... We came across this practice by chance after having bad experiences with unempathetic doctors in another practice. We were always warmly welcomed here and treated very kindly. Dr. Krzizanowski took great care of us. And we actually got pregnant on the first try! The receptionists were also all super nice and interested! This is not a given!... (Show more)

After routine treatment at this clinic (with Dr. Mutz) in 2021, I managed to get pregnant. And now we are planning to have a second child.

My partner and I were very satisfied with the Fertility Clinic and Dr. Mutz. A really great and empathetic team. The doctor always took a lot of time for us and our questions and was very sensitive. We cannot understand why some people write that the clinic is about money, ZERO!! (We had to pay everything ourselves because our health insurance didn't cover anything for us) We always received honest answers and were never promised anything. The doctors can't do magic, they can only help and nature will take care of the rest. We had an emotional and exhausting time. In total we had two artificial attempts within a year until it worked. From the information evening to the fulfilled wish to have children. Information evening: The doctor, Dr. Mutz, took a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, is very personable, warm, authentic and honest. We were previously “KWK” somewhere else and unfortunately had a negative experience. With Dr. Mutz and her team made us feel very taken care of and well advised. The doctors and the team (ours was Dr. Mutz) we have to be honest and say that we didn't have the feeling that it was just about money. The doctor took a lot of time with the appointments we had. We were very well supported throughout the entire therapy (homone injections, procedures). We are self-payers because we do not meet the requirements for the health insurance company to cover the costs. Fortunately, it worked for us on the second attempt. Until the wish is fulfilled it has lasted 1 year. The nicest and most competent doctor in a long time: Dr. Mutz, who made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. What's great is that she specializes in endometriosis patients, which helps immensely when it comes to medical freezing. She also provides information about this on Instagram. The practice team is also super nice and tries to make your stay pleasant and answer any questions. I had a lot of these because the treatment is quite complicated because it requires a lot of planning and short-term appointments at the same time.... (Show more)

I do not advise women, but I am treated by Dr. Hanadi. She is a more than bad doctor. She treats the patient disrespectfully and psychologically. She does not have any of the qualities of a respectable doctor.

By chance I stumbled upon KiWu Potsdamer Platz again via Google Maps and I'm really surprised by the reviews. We got to know the practice 4 years ago and were treated very well by the doctors and nurses. At each appointment we were fully informed about the process, prices and implementation. There was an opportunity to ask and clarify open questions at any time. Of course you have to bring a certain amount of private income with you, of course every procedure costs nerves, time and money - but in the end we managed it thanks to the practice and its doctors and last Sunday our daughter turned 3 years old. I was able to get to know all the doctors more or less! ... can't understand the bad reviews at all ... it's understandable that you can't do magic either, they are a great support for the desire to have children as much as possible. A big thank you to you Dr. Prühs (My treating doctor) .... friendly, patient, competent, personable and educated! ... I'm a therapist myself and her examinations from start to finish just made sense.. Little by little we got to the final result, the way there was structured chronologically. Nothing was done in vain, everything was done in the right order! The entire team, including the doctors, communicated very well with each other, and they all knew what was going on even when they were representing us! ..... for many days they didn't even ask for my insurance card, let alone take money unnecessarily. Of course, everything is just expensive, but that's just how the German healthcare system is (although other countries are worse off)... after almost 10 months, including a small operation, we have reached the end with a positive result. After the first IVF I am now pregnant. incredible! I know Dr Krizanowski from another practice for hormone treatment, also very competent and nice. . .. A little tip: The registration ladies could try to be a little more empathetic and seem a little friendlier.... because you actually arrive there extremely mentally unstable and want to be understood! Terrible terrible Very aggressive, not professional they took 0 consideration of my severe case and sensitive need of a doctor. Although they asked me to pay first and this showed their interests but this wasn’t my problem.
