Hello! Well, I have to say that since Dr. Loimer is no longer there, the clinic has become more than bad! I will never go to this clinic in Wels again in my life My husband and I did all sorts of tests and exams. Than us as well as the doctors! When we were at our wits' end, my husband and I researched what else could be done, examinations/tests, etc. Everything we suggested and what couldn't be done in Wels or a partner clinic/laboratory was always dismissed as not necessary, too early, etc. Etc. We left over €25,000 in this clinic without success!!! Despite fund support! The doctors are sometimes very short and sometimes seemed annoyed if you had more questions or wanted to know more and you stayed longer than, for example. The conversation took the allotted 20 minutes. Especially Doctor O. Should work on her friendliness and empathy. The staff (reception, laboratory) were mostly helpful and polite. It's really a shame what has become of this clinic. In addition, the head of the clinic is on the Austrian committee for IvF treatments and everything that goes with them. And the doctor didn't think of any other possible reasons for my difficulty getting pregnant. There were two little things that made it difficult for me to get pregnant. Well, we then went to Vienna to see an IVF specialist, I am now in the 30th week of pregnancy after the first IVF cryotransfer! The two little things were dealt with accordingly in Vienna and we are now expecting our long-awaited boy. We were completely satisfied. Starting with the doctors, the biologists, the assistants and the ladies on the phone, everyone was VERY competent! We were all able to share our worries and fears and they always had answers to questions. We felt very comfortable and that was very important to us.

This clinic was recommended to us in 2020, at that time we were being treated at another clinic but were very dissatisfied there. The initial consultation in Wels absolutely convinced us! The entire staff was very friendly, we were well informed and the entire process went absolutely smoothly. The on-call service, which I once had to use very desperately, was also great. Very sensitive. And the best thing - the first ICSI attempt was successful and we have now been able to enjoy our child every day for 10 months, which we would not have had without the support of the clinic. We tried 4 times in a clinic in Munich and it never worked. We were just a number on paper. That was pure mass processing. We took a break for six months and then came across the clinic in Wels. We were very enthusiastic about the entire TFP team right from the start, regardless of whether they were doctors' assistants, etc. Always very friendly and responsive. Took time for the cause. Because it turned out that I have killer cells in my blood and this can be treated well. Then everything was coordinated with this, infusions, etc. And what can I say, it worked right away on the first try; our daughter saw the light of day in JUNE 2022. We are very grateful for that. I can only recommend this fertility center! Me and my husband are from Germany and had a 2 hour drive easily! It was worth it! Super nice girls and doctors! Always quick telephone contact, all questions were answered at any time! We felt very comfortable! Best choice

In the first conversation the doctor told us, we don't give you a 100% guarantee, they said we can give 35%. You should know this well, if Allah(God) wills, it will happen. The best clinic and the most dedicated staff you can imagine. Whether during the day or while on call at night, they do everything possible to achieve the best result for the patients. We were more than thrilled during the treatment in 2017 and the birth of our second son made us overjoyed. During this treatment, we noticed a mistake on our part around 7 p.m. and the whole team was called together overnight to carry out an unplanned follicle removal at 8 a.m. the next morning. Doctors, anesthesia team, biologists, administration, clinical staff, everyone was there. We are overwhelmed by this warmth, teamwork and spontaneity. Now we can only hope that it worked. We have been receiving treatment in the clinic since 2020. Unfortunately, everything dragged on due to Corona. We were assigned to Fritscher, who I can only praise highly.... We were very satisfied with all the doctors. Of course you are disappointed if the first attempt doesn't work. Of course, the ideal is that it works immediately!! But even in this disappointment there were strengthening words of encouragement and a new plan B to make us want to get closer. For everyone who wants to visit this clinic, here is some important information: It is constantly reorganized, there are always different doctors or assistants, it is difficult to reach by phone, otherwise you need appointments for a conversation no matter how urgent it is and during the therapy time you get different therapy or opinions in a current day.
