Through my visit to the Kental Center today, I would like to thank those in charge of it, especially Dr. Obaida, who has long experience in his field, and also for the good treatment, accuracy, and professionalism that I witnessed.

Unfortunately, the name of the Haraam center is said about it There is no job like other people, no honesty, and no punctuality And the receptionist sees herself as arrogant and thinks she is a minister. I don’t know what she is being arrogant for. She is following the words of Dr. Nabil. They focus on the most important thing, they attract patients with sweet talk 😠😠😡 and then they shock them with ridiculous prices. No, on top of that, he is arrogant and sees himself as saying it is precious. He says, “Okay, as you like. Go and see any other government clinic that will fix your teeth for you. It’s okay. We are like this. Our prices for fillings are 2000 riyals. You want to get them. Go and pay cash, whatever you want. Honestly, the dental clinic is good, especially Dr. Ubaidah and the pediatric dentist have good treatment and are light-handed. Their only drawback is some delay in appointments.

Unfortunately, the behavior of the reception staff is bad, and one of them talks to you from the top of his face, and you are respectful to him in all coldness. For more than 5 years, I have been visiting the doctor with my children, and every time I am surprised by light fillings that do not last more than 3 months, and we repeat the treatment, but there is no benefit from that. This is the least to say about a car workshop, not a clinic!! They do not respect time, the reception staff speaks to you as if you are inside their home, and Obaida's doctor is poorly treated

I do not recommend this clinic for children. The doctor, if there is a problem with one tooth all the time, will say full anesthesia and the operation is not professional. Unfortunately, when dentistry turns into a business!!

Our visit to Dr. Nabil was, unfortunately, a failed experience. My daughter's fillings fell out how many times!! I think the goal is purely financial. The reception is very bad, they do not answer calls, their mood is bad, their salaries are forbidden to them. Advice, dismiss them as soon as possible..

The only doctor in the entire clinic who deserves the visit and the trouble is Dr. Sawsan. My family and I have been with her for nearly 8 years. I went to see her with a toothache. I thought it was cavities and gingivitis came out and it went away, thank God. I also do a cleaning every half a year. My teeth are very light. Her hand is the only doctor who cleans after cleaning. I do not feel pain at all. If you intend to book Sawsan only for adults, otherwise do not come to the center at all.
