Big rooms in terms of Japanese Business Hotels, New (1yr old)

First of all, the customer service attitude is very bad. Perhaps it was because the voice on the phone was too low, or perhaps there was something wrong with the call, but even with the speaker set to maximum volume, it was very difficult to hear. There were some people at the front desk who gave good customer service, but they basically didn't have a smile on their faces. The morning buffet is also strange. Check-in process was a bit tedious as the hotel seems to have a digital check in system that was abit confusing.However, rooms were clean and reasonably sized. Location is great and easy to find.

Good location close to the station and downtown area. Breakfast is delicious. The coin laundry on the second floor accepts electronic money. Fully automatic until drying. Although the 4-digit lock is safe, the turnover rate is poor and the competition for waiting in line is high at night. There is a water server next to the vending machine, so you don't have to worry about drinking water if you go get it. It is not possible to enter or exit the multi-storey parking lot from 10pm to 7am. Probably because of the good location, there is a fee every time. Entry and exit is managed by a staff member, but the staff cannot speak English. Foreign tourists were having trouble communicating with each other when entering and exiting rental cars, so it would be a good idea to equip staff with pointing and conversation cards. Apply the handbrake, fold the mirrors, unload your luggage first, etc. Yamato Transport's prepaid shipping service is available at the front desk. From the reception at the front desk to the room facilities, I am very satisfied. The hotel is 6 minutes walk from the train station, and the shopping street is 3 minutes away from the hotel.
