About Karen Lawrie Acupuncture Acupuncture is extremely effective for a wide range of health complaints. It originated in China and other far eastern cultures over 2,000 years ago. I am a fully qualified acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council, the leading regulatory body for the practice of acupuncture in the UK.
