So impressed! Staff are friendly and very welcoming. I was at the centre for two breast augmentation preformed by Dr. Jacoby. So inviting as I had a side by side accident causing my left breast to burst do to seat belt. I also have dropped my mom off to centre for cateract surgery. The staff were all very nice, and the atmosphere is nothing like whats at the hospital. I felt very comfortable and taken care of.

Staff and doctor could have been more fabulous, make everything so comfortable from start to finish. Dr.Jacoby explains everything thoroughly and everyone else is just top notch. Could ask for a more pleasant comforting experience for surgery.

What an excellent facility! From the squeaky clean beautiful modern setting to the top notch staff who made my brief stay there feel as comfortable as possible. The nurses who attended to me were friendly and gentle with their care of me, my brief glimpse of the nice view of kamloops from the Operating room was also lovely. I've never had such a good anesthetic reaction when coming out of it, felt super good and was back home an hour after my procedure and resting feeling better than I expected to considering I had just had surgery. Dr. Jacoby has been wonderful to have handle my procedure and I've felt very well informed and well taken care of. I recently had some reconstruction work done by Dr. Jacoby and the wonderful nurses and the Anesthesiologist at Kamloops Sugical Centre. From my first phone call to me heading home from surgery it all has been a 10/10 experience for me. Thank you to all the amazing staff! I had a surgery performed at the surgical centre on April 22, 2019. This place is absolutely amazing from the staff at the front desk to the nursing staff and medical team. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You feel completely at home. And the cleanliness is exceptional! From admission to discharge you are cared for by staff that truly cares about your well being. This post is done 24hrs after surgery and I feel great! My last surgery resulted in bilateral pulmonary embolism so the medical team was completely on top and proactive to be sure they can reduce this from happening again. I just recently had surgery here a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience. The staff were all amazing, and super caring. I was super nervous and they all made me feel comfortable!! Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me!

The staff and medical team are absolutely amazing, all are so very very kind. Zan was my recovery nurse, she's amazing, so kind and very knowledgeable, then add in, excellent bedside manner as well. The thing that stood out to me during my stay at the surgical centre was the staff. Everyone had excellent bedside manner. I must praise one nurse in particular, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I woke from the anesthesia. She even called the next day to ensure all was well, Betty you are a rock star....
