The girls at the reception are charming, they make you feel part of the process from minute one. Dr Carti is very professional and sincere above all, I cannot say the same about the doctor, to whom I would have appreciated a little more empathy and closeness during visits.

Well, for our part, we can say that everything went perfectly and we are now enjoying our little girl. Grateful to the medical team for their professionalism and of course for the treatment received. 100% recommended, something tells me that we will repeat... :)

King, caring, efficient, professional, thorough...I can't speak highly enough of the team at Juaneda Fertility Center Mallorca. They are wonderful. An amazingly kind and professional clinic in Palma - nothing is too much trouble for the team, who were incredibly helpful through out a difficult process, and which ended well, thanks to them. It is worth mentioning that there appear to be 2x clinics that have combined google reviews - one in Menorca, which seems to have bad reviews, and one in Palma Mallorca. I can only say that the clinic in Palma Mallorca is of an exceptionally high standard and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you so very very much.... (Show more)

Charming and very professional! It has been a pleasure to attend this clinic, Doctor Carti and his team are great and do an impeccable job. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for everything you have helped us with.

My experience has been very bad, unfortunately for me and my partner. From the beginning there was already a lack of control in the Menorca clinic. At the first appointment, the doctor was not there at the scheduled time. She arrived almost 1 hour late and arrived so calmly with her coffee in her hand (we were already off to a bad start). We had to be on the lookout and constantly calling to make appointments. When we called, either the doctor or the secretary was not there or our information did not appear. With all of the above, we thought that the “JUANEDA MENORCA” clinic would be a disaster, but in Mallorca it seemed that things were working better, although that was not the case. For us the dates were very important and we had a window of dates to do the procedure. Well, they were giving us the information and documents in pieces. When we needed to do everything together, (they always said that everything was ready, but a few days later, they told us that something else was missing), at the end when everything was supposed to be ready and they were looking for the embryo, (as they told us) . A few days later they write to us again that we need to sign another data protection paper (we signed that paper on the first day in Menorca), and they tell us that until we sign it they cannot start looking for the embryo... this a week after telling us that everything was ready and they were already looking for the embryo. The last thing and what, apart from dates, made us reject the whole process was when my partner had her period (at this point the days and the medication with clock synchronization and with the doctor controlling everything are very important). We notified the doctor (it took her 4 days to respond). Meanwhile, we contacted the doctor from Mallorca who offered us the medication, but without guaranteeing that the embryo would arrive. A very bad experience of a family member in that clinic that makes you lose the desire to go, you can't play with people's enthusiasm like that, very bad professionals.

They are unpresentable and you have a lack of formality that is not normal, they fail in administrative management, I don't want to imagine anything else. I wouldn't let them touch my wife.

If you are thinking of going to Juaneda to have a fertility treatment, DON'T DO IT. I and my partner went to our first appointment with Dr. Ulloa, we were informed and shortly after we decided. And the problems began first with the administration that said that we had not signed the data protection law and we did sign it on the first day. Then to change an appointment I called about 10 times over three days. We got a second appointment, we organized the next steps, I asked for a vacation from work so I could have a few quiet days at the time of the transfer and now comes the WORST. On August 22, they sent phenotypes and blood groups (the transfer is scheduled for the week of September 11) and I asked them if there was any missing document. THEY TELL ME NO, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. The embryo is supposed to take about 10 minutes to arrive at most. days. August 28 I get my period two days earlier than expected and I notify the doctor THAT IT TAKES 4 days TO ANSWER ME. August 31 from Mallorca they tell me that we have to sign the data protection law, how? Hadn't we agreed that nothing was missing? We send them again the document that we already signed in Menorca and then they tell me that they are requesting the embryo on August 31 when they should have requested it on August 22. Then I contact the Doctor from Mallorca who tells me on the 3rd day of my period that he can give me the medication but he doesn't know if the embryo will be ready for the organized date. (Dr. Ulloa still does not answer) (in the administration of Mallorca, no one is responsible for this failure that delays the order of the embryo from the laboratory for almost 10 days) (and the doctor from Mallorca desperately tells me to force the medication in a very delicate process) A DISASTER. IRRESPONSIBLE TEAM. NO PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN TRUST. Seriously, if you are reading me, GO ELSEWHERE, LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE SHOULD BE DEDICATED TO SOMETHING ELSE. It is a shame that this clinic plays like this with people's hopes and lives. I would not recommend this clinic to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE. A terrible family experience, with staff who are not at all professional and far from helpful.

Clinic not recommended. They couldn't have done worse with my daughter. Total irresponsibility, for the entire family it has been a traumatic experience.

It's not right to play with people's emotions and illusions, they are supposed to be "Professionals"....I know much more professional people without being specialists. They are supposed to be there (paying well) to help people, help them in the process of forming a VERY desired family, not to play doctors!!!... (Show more)

I tried with one of the big clinics and just felt like a number so I decided to try this small clinic. The whole team is great, you get seen on time for your appointments and I feel like they genuinely want it to work out for you. And for me it did - I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and very happy. I would definitely recommend Dr Carti, Dr Ballnus and the team. The first appointment is free so you have nothing to lose.... (Show more)
