I’m so thankful to have discovered Thai Spa for acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine! The excellent Dr Xia improved my current condition with her extensive knowledge on acupuncture and the energy channels in the body. She asked me questions to gain a deeper understanding of the health problem I’m facing, to focus on healing the root cause - which is very important for me as I’ve not had luck with Western medicine so far. I left the acupuncture session feeling such a relief - thank you Dr Xia! I purchased the Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs which was specially curated by Dr Xia to aid me in my specific healing journey 🙏🌿 The power of Traditional Chinese Medicine is truly amazing, I am recommending this place to my friends and family! I had the best experience today - I bought a Groupon coupon for less than £30 for 30 mins acupuncture and 30 mins deep tissue massage. I suffer from back problems (I've had a lot of previous help from osteopaths etc) and the lady that did my treatment knew exactly what to do. My back feels 100x better already. Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked through classpass and then the staff didn’t understand what classpass was (despite them clearly having a partnership so the place shows up on classpass) and they scream at me to pay it again in cash? Absolutely unacceptable behaviour

I do enjoy a Thai massage now and again so when I received the gift of a cupping session and massage, I was really looking forward to it. The business is well presented and staff appeared very professional. I had a very good massage. However, I felt the service to be cold and impersonal. Unfortunately I felt like I was on a production line. Staff need to work on their interpersonal skills. It is a shame because I already go elsewhere to have a massage and I'm unlikely to revisit Thai Spa because of the poor interactions. But I must reiterate that the massage was good.... (Show more)

The set up is very nice... Receptionist really helpful in recommending kind of massage for you. And the best part is miss Janiel the massage therapy. She's very good... Indeed highly recommend. Love it. Definitely I will come back.

I just had the most wonderful acupuncture experience Thai Spa with a serene and lovely setting. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease for my treatment. The treatment room itself was beautifully decorated with soothing music. It felt like a peaceful oasis - perfect for relaxation. Dr Xia is highly skilled and attentive, she made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained the meridians for me, which body part they correspond to, which help me connect the mind and body for this holistic experience. Dr Xia took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. I have left the practice with my neck and wrist feeling so much better! I am so thankful. The addition of fragrant jasmine tea was a truly nice touch. It helped me further unwind and reflect on the peacefulness of the setting and experience. 10/10 would recommend!... (Show more)

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place, it was immensely relaxing. The staff at the reception were welcoming, introducing me to different massage techniques and recommending one that was ideal for me. She also introduced me to drink some Chinese tea! Lovely~ The masseuse was exceptionally professional, providing significant relief to my neck and shoulder pain. Had a really nice experience there, Their Thai massage was amazing, stretching and they walked on my back, felt so relief after.

I have had this back pain for so long, and I regularly come here to get a massage for some relief. The masseurs are professional, but it just won't alleviate the pain for long. I then wondered, should I give acupuncture a try? My back felt so sore when the needles were in my body. But then, after about 20 minutes, I couldn't feel much pain. It's incredible. So happy to be here! The girl in reception is very lovely and warm heart. She gave me a cup of Chinese flower tea, which smells very good. Julian did very good massage gor me, I felt refresh and relaxed! I definitely will come back again!

My friends recommended this massage parlor to me many times. I tried it a few days ago. Very professional and made my body relax a lot.

Awful place. Have me just 20 min of rubbish massage. Filthy rooms . Very rude staff especially the reception woman. Asked for towel to wipe the oil on my body and they charged me 20 pounds for one towel. I'll never go back again to this dump. I recommend you all never to visit this dump.

Dr. Xia helped me through recovery of my sciatica pain. She was super friendly and experienced! Always made me feel welcomed!
