John Mallinder Osteopath

John has fixed all my problems - I had issues with my upper back - fixed. I also turned to John with my neuralgia and it really helped massively, I'm pain free for over a year now. John has also helped me to recover from leg muscle stretch after falling. My partner has had multiple issues with neck, foot and knee and has always found help from John (whilst doctors said it's not fixable!) I have never tried other osteopaths but my partner has and he said all the others were just waste of time while John can find and fix issues right away. Can't recommend highly enough!... (Show more)

The life saver! It has now been a decade that John has been following me and solving all of my body related issues one after the other. 5 years ago, the company I was working for decided to change the employee's health insurance and unfortunately it meant I had to find another osteopath. At the time, I had a pretty severe neck issue, for more than 6 months, I went from osteopath to osteopath, none of them were able to locate the problem, the last one, after 10 sessions, asked me to go for an MRI. I decided to have one last opinion and check. In 30 minutes, John solved my neck issue!! It has been gone since then! Since this time, I do not care about being covered by an insurance to go and see John. He is the best! I have done a lot of snowboarding in my life, and had serious knee and foot pains to the point I could not walk properly anymore at some point. Surgery was discussed with a knee specialist. John made me walking properly again. I might still have surgery one day, but he got the pain disappearing and postponed the surgery by a few years. For work I was travelling a lot, every week flying to countries in Europe, lower back was being kept in check by John. John is not only the best osteopath I know in the City of London (having tried quite a few) he is also an amazing human being who genuinely cares for his patients. I always recommend to as many people as I can to go and meet him, and it is with great pleasure that I am writing this google review. A true miracle worker. Suffered with limited mobility in my knee for years and John was able to resolve the issue swiftly. He not only sorted the knee out, but provided me with resources and actionable advice to keep myself in good health. Can't recommend him enough

Could not recommend John highly enough. He helped me with both back and hip issues and I've come away with a far better understanding of my strengths, weaknesses and plenty of ideas of how to improve. Excellent diagnosis, great treatment plan and have made huge progress

I have been visiting John for a few months now with chronic neck and shoulder problems. Before I've seen other professionals such as chiropractors, and acupuncturists, but I never got to the bottom of my issues (and of course I spent a smaller fortune on those repeated sessions). With John it all have seemed to work out right from the beginning. John is very friendly, professional and he's always available when you need a session. I visited John's practice for a few months to treat a long-lasting back pain. I could not recommend better Osteopath than John, frankly. Not only did my back pains almost disappear and I can enjoy a higher backbone flexibility, but John is a very approachable and fun person.
