Catastrophic in the emergency room on January 11 following chest pain and difficulty breathing. I was left for two hours without taking care of any examinations. The doctor didn't believe me when I said I had to call an ambulance after losing consciousness. Sometimes it's better to stay at home and die or suffer. We seem to be bothering him. I don't like coming to the emergency room... (Show more)

I gave one star because you can't do less. Totally negative experience, they left me waiting for more than three hours without a bell, in the cold with severe breathing difficulty. The racist, arrogant and ignorant nurse. He mistreated me. Totally negative experience.

Very helpful help. Was brought in by ambulance and was quickly examined. Received clear advice on how to proceed and was allowed to go again.

Nest of incompetents. RUN away if you don't have the mental strength to endure lies and other slander. Quite appalling that most of the speakers with whom I had contact in this place use lies, defamation, ... So many non-racialized people complain of incompetence, poor care...., so much so that we have to use circumspection during your interactions with the entire administration of this place. I was subject to several lies and defamation from SOS-Enfants members present in this place, notably Maëlle HEBRANT and Melissa HERMAND. Two ladies whose lies seem to be an assumed and even assertive character trait. Beware!! People in this place are ready to cover up child abuse with shameless defamation. My children were, because of their skin color, victims of mistreatment (food served on the floor in the corridors, diapers not changed for several hours causing irritation, etc. I will spare you the details.). Not to mention that you are asked to keep quiet and not denounce at the risk of being the subject of slanderous denunciations. We also have serious allegations which demonstrate that these people are ready to go as far as falsifying medical results to cover themselves.... (Show more)

A very bad experience... after three calls to the emergency room with unbearable pain in the back, finally hospitalization. in geriatrics (more precisely unit 310) no communication from doctors. presidents and ministers must be more available than 'them.. No therapy put in place.. I picked up my 72-year-old mother-in-law in a much more critical condition, even worse than when she came home. Just my respect and thanks to the caregivers who provide all their energy to patients. Unfortunately, little people are always in the shadows...we are in the 21st century.... (Show more)

I went to see the doctor as an emergency, but he was very kind and courteous. I was coming to Belgium from Japan, so I was a little nervous, but they helped me out.

Staff completely blocked, corridors full of drunks. A real social experience. The hours passed as if nothing had happened. Hunky-dory!

1st call attempt: it cuts me off when I'm 2nd in the queue... 2nd attempt: I have a lady, I ask a question, she tells me to wait a moment, I hear people talking and... they hang up on me!

Worst service. I called to make an appointment and asked the person on the phone twice to confirm they actually offer the treatment I need before making an appointment. She confirms. Afterwards I go there, just to find out they haven’t been doing this treatment anymore for over 5 years. Complete waste of time!... (Show more)

We were taken care of quickly, however, the person I was accompanying came for a respiratory problem and the only thing we did to her was to leave her in a room for 1.5 hours without a visit, in the end, after waiting, we left without having seen a doctor or without having had any diagnosis. It was between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. and there was no rush or crowd.... (Show more)

Unfortunately very bad experience already a few years ago but I see that that is not changing. On the other hand, not surprising given the politics :-(

During a very, very difficult time, we, my wife, son and I, were treated with extreme care, warmth, compassion and sensitivity by the medical staff in the intensive care unit and the nursing staff in the children's ward.
