I had several procedures performed about 4 days ago including J-plasma lift, upper lid blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the lower eye area. I of course am not fully healed, but I must say I have thus far been totally impressed with the entire staff and Dr. Zamora. I was awake during the entire 2 hours and he and his wife and I had great conversation the whole time. I was completely at ease and never felt anxious. I do not like general anesthesia or artificial fillers so this was perfect for me. I went to this facility for lip injections. I received a botched job. After returning for concerns that my lips were not done correctly they said the nurse who did the injections was no longer there and that she should have better injected product. They were going to speak to Mr. Zamora. I never heard back from them. Over 1,000 spent and im left with bubbles under my lips because product was to superficially done. Love my refreshed, natural look! At 35 I lost a ton of contour in my face and I wanted something that was natural and would last. Fat transfer was the suggested option. Lasts 10+/- years!!! SUPER easy, crazy easy actually. I was wide awake. He took a little fat from my hip and reinjected into my face, under eyes, between eye brows and around mouth. Procedure took 20 minutes. I bruised under my eyes but that was it. Dr. Zamora is a pleasure to work with. He is more than experienced. And, he stays in the know on what is out there in the industry. I totally trust him. I spent $2400 on cool sculpt & my abdomen looks like puckered chicken skin & lost NO volume. Although their tech said only her trained eye could see the reduction. REALLY. My pants size couldn't tell. That never changed TOTAL ripoff. I filed complaint w BBB & they never responded to finally request so BBB had to drop case and give them bad rating DONT waste ur $$$... I've always worked out and been in good shape, and had a healthy lifestyle, but I have been unable to achieve chiseled abs. My experience for whatever the treatment I have received has been outstanding . From the friendly professional front desk to the providers who do the actual treatment are all top notch. Had a Fractora with Gail RN yesterday and what I thought would be a long uncomfortable procedure was well managed between the numbing cream and Gail's expert hands,and techniques. Her calming words and caring hands went along way. After this aggressive treatment today I was pleasantly surprised that I am only a little red in neck area and around the eyes,this AM. I know that I will be very pleased with my smoother skin and the skin tightening in a few weeks. So glad I have this technology available at my age (60).
