I saw so many positive reviews about this clinic hence i had visited them,but our experience is rather opposite of the other given reviews. I felt this industry is like leeches waiting to prey on weakness of individual with out any emotions & empathy. We started our IVF journey in 2019 beginning after 3 years of marriage.Our medicals showed no issue and reason for not conceiving remained unexplained and hence decided to opt for IUI.After doing our share of research we approached ART fertility centre in JLT. We had a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. We were convinced to go for IVF rather than IUI because of the high success rate. And we went through the whole IVF process Initially we were asked to go for mild stimulation IVF and then overnight it was changed to High stimulation IVF. We were promised that they will do Free genetic testing, which they never did. We were staying close by JLT and chose the clinic for travel comfort. We were in a state of shock after the payment, when we came to know that the procedure is done in Abu dhabi. For every transfer we had to travel to Abu dhabi. Treatment started.. Because of over stimulation, fresh embryo transfer was not possible and had to go with FET. We had 30 plus eggs and 20 plus good quality and finally had 10 embryos. We started our Frozen embryo transfer by mid of 2019. First transfer failed and never got pregnant. We were disappointed but decided to try once more since we had many good embryos left. Second transfer we opted of same quality 2 embryos but they mixed up the quality and yet we got pregnant but at week 6 one embryo started showing no growth and it affected the other and resulted in miscarriage. This was because of the mixing up of embryo quality. We were heartbroken again and thought we would not go further. But again, Doc convinced us and we decided to go one more time. Failed again and we didn't get pregnant. We were devastated and gave up. And took a few months break. By the end of 2020,, we thought let's try once more. We asked to transfer Day 5 embryo, which they didn't. Instead transferred Day 6 embryo. IVF again failed and we were clueless on what's happening. We accepted fate and decided to move on. Meantime we did all the tests possible on earth to figure out the issue of these failed attempts. All the tests including geneticas, came out clean and said, there is no issue in us for this failed ivf. After an year, yesterday we thought we would try one last time and approached the clinic. When we came to know that, last transfer there was a mistake that happened from their end while transferring. Also, they didn't transfer the embryo we had asked them to. Not that we were hugely charged for a follow up, they gave extremely high transfer charges.Plus storage fees for all these years.. Which was never conveyed to us at any point. Would never recommend them. No transparency for fees. We started our journey with 5000 AED initially persuade us to opt for 25,000 aed fees package and ended up spending more than 60,000 aed.
