We first started our long IVF journey (5 years) with another AMP center. Then we changed to be followed with the center of St Roch. So we were able to compare. And what a wonderful idea we had to do that! Finally, human, attentive and competent staff. We never felt like we were being treated like a number. No stress felt nor the impression that the center is there to make money. Whether it was the secretaries, the biologists, the laboratory technicians and the gynecologists, everyone was very professional and, I repeat, very human. Thank you to all of you. 1 week I've been trying to get them on the phone as soon as they open, all the lines are busy!!! Even by calling the clinic secretariat it is impossible to get them…

At the top I find the secretaries, biologists etc. very attentive and caring. Twice the secretary kept my son at reception with her, while I made my appointment with the gynecologist it was not her role but she did it with pleasure. A very good follow-up with lots of explanations from everyone.

Great amp center I feel confident. The doctors are very kind and caring. The secretaries are really very attentive. I am really happy to have changed centers to come to St Roch. Thank you for everything. S.viala crespo

For my part, not too satisfied. I don't mind us being chain numbers, but a little more kindness from the Gynedoc secretaries would be good (if not a smile if that's too much to ask). As for gynecologists, you will be entitled to a quick appointment with not necessarily your doctor following you and if the questions come to you after the appointment (time to digest the information that will be said in 10 minutes) you should not try to ask them. call, it never answers and what's more, the number is chargeable (08). And if you are stressed because you are afraid of making a mistake in all these treatments and protocol changes along the way (one shot on the first paper we start the injections on D3 one shot on another paper we have to do a staggered protocol without know why), we will make you understand sharply that you must stop stressing yourself and that it is your fault if it does not work (thank you kindness). I would like to thank Dr. Hollow Hélène who is very professional, who listens very well to these patients and who is very supportive despite our young age. Perfect cesarean delivery with perfect follow-up and great empathy that soothes the heart!

Apart from the clean premises and everything.... I am disappointed by Dr. Nicolas Chevalier who was two hours late and when I got home everything happened in 5 minutes echo + details of the rest of the treatment he didn't even wait for me to be seated in the office, I puts me behind the ultrasound booth and talks to him quickly, saying that he doesn't have time and there are people in fact it's my time and I have the right to ask questions questions and make me understand I find it unfair and a lack of respect for a patient who is on the PMA course which is very hard and stressful. Incompetent secretary! Make her personal phone calls during work instead of taking care of yourself... As a result, I missed my appointment because I waited 10 minutes for her to finish her conversation to take care of me and tell me that the meeting takes place on the 4th floor shortly after dr. Benezech, who didn't want to work at all that day, asked me not to come back until May for being 3 minutes late even though it was an emergency appointment. We receive a lot of patients from the AMP St Roch Center which has developed numerous activities around support in medically assisted procreation... with success!
