The company takes advantage of people's misfortune by charging them with further costs. We managed to give up halfway through. The procedure is such that further visits are scheduled because the tests are "inconclusive". My wife repeated the tests twice to be sure. Some tests were painful. Not to mention the costs. We gave up when the doctor ordered the third series of tests because he was still not sure of the diagnosis. This time during the visit, the doctor had medical documents from ANOTHER COUPLE!!! We found out quickly because the results were different from ours. The doctor and the staff denied that they had previously read the wrong results from the database. We don't know if they were telling the truth. After reviewing the documents, the newly selected doctor immediately stated that everything was OK. He suggested dates, gave me some pharmacological support and my wife is already 2 months pregnant. And he only said about the doctor in charge from Gyncentrum that he once thanked her for her cooperation, as he had the opportunity in the past. As you can see, he rated it well. Doctors are very taciturn, you have to ask about everything. Very poor flow of information - I come for the treatment and the reception does not know very important details, which resulted in an error in the calculation of almost PLN 1,200, not to mention the stress about whether good material will be used. I went to the clinic a total of 4 times and twice I had to wait over an hour, either for a routine visit or for a procedure. No one ever said sorry in such a situation. I do not recommend the clinic because of its lack of respect for people! Today I had an appointment with Dr. Czerwińska. After arriving and completing various registration documents, we enter the office where we are greeted by a completely different doctor. We drove an hour away to meet Dr. Czerwińska (first visit), unfortunately no one bothered to inform us that Dr. Czerwińska was not here today and that we would be seen by another doctor about whom we had no information, the lady at the registration desk also did not bother to inform us and when we came I clearly said that we had an appointment with Dr. Czerwińska. The day before, the registration lady also called to confirm our visit. It's crazy, it seems to me that there is quite a mess there, because of such an incident we will definitely not use this clinic and choose another, more professional one that respects people's time and money. No hope. The company demands proof and registration of the patient's data, even though the private examination is shocking and incredulous. The lady with black hair was not nice. Bottom.

I do not recommend it, I had a cytology done and the results were sent good, then after about a month it turned out that something went wrong and the results were bad. I certainly won't trust this point of research anymore and I don't recommend it. Hello, I had a colposcopy done in another facility, I spent more money and the tests came out good, and because of this facility I spent money, stress that is priceless, advice from a lawyer and, I would like to emphasize, they wanted to put me on the table right away for surgical conization, which turned out to be unnecessary and after only two I am conized and then a lawyer would probably step in.... The miracle clinic, this is the name I gave to this wonderful clinic with all its super kind and professional staff. After two failed transfers in Greece, I turned to the Gyncentrum in Katowice for my third attempt. I was immediately welcomed by telephone by Alessandra, the lady contact for Italy, with wonderful kindness and helpfulness. A wonderful person who was close to me from the first moment I set foot in the clinic. A woman with a sweetness and great humanity that I will never stop thanking. Special thanks to the wonderful doctor Polaczek who performed the transfer with great professionalism and scrupulousness, to the nurses and all the staff.
