About Ita Delogu MIACP - Counselling and Psychotherapy Welcome. Sometimes being human isn't easy! We can often find ourselves wondering what it's all about. Finding answers to our questions can be difficult and sometimes when we are unsure it is a welcome relief to share feelings and ideas. Often this is a daunting prospect and this is why I always work at the clients pace. As people it is inevitable that we meet stresses and strains on our life journey. Exploring and having a better understanding can help us to move forward, can help us to be less hard on ourselves and others, can help us to mind ourselves better in the face of adversity either past or present. If you feel stressed, anxious, confused, depressed, at a crossroads, lost, lack confidence or are in the grip of unresolved trauma, an initial assessment may help. It's good to talk and feel confidentially heard without judgement. Ita is fully qualified holding a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
