Location is very easy, access to health care professionals is also very easy. Stuff is knowlable and informative.However, must know that it is very very pricy.
Had an hair transplant, even after an year time only 10% hairs improvement, tried Dr in Istanbul and their rep in London , no response, waste of money and TIME
I would never think of visiting this hospital again , unprofessional , I went there with my insurance and asked if it's covered in this hospital , she told me just wait , and I told her I don't want to pay its not covered just let me know , and she said okay I went inside with the doctor and I stayed only 3 mins inside , and I payed 280 and I didn't take any medicine... very teribble hospital, very crowd,. they sad me price I belive them and go there but at hospital they want 2x they sad.
This hospital only cares about extorting money from patients. Forget medical ethics here - they do not exist. This is a business and not a hospital. Do not have an operation here as they do not even accept liability for any failures. Staff also unhelpful.
Lack of translators, i were made to wait an hour for Arabic translator, after one hour they told me do you speak English, i said yes! an English translator came to me and told me your appointment was one hour earlier 🤷♂️ so it is already cancelled 🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Florence Nightingale hospital to waste my time 😓😓
I came here for COVID-19 test we wait more than tow hours and still waiting unfortunately for a test took less than a minute !!! They said because of staff lake due to Eid holiday But I think thats not a proper cause
I do not think there was a real doctors. I think, The government should check what is going on there. they would charge you more money with poor services... you are lucky If they do not damage you, let alone curing.
