I would like to share my review of the express course for expectant parents. Together with my husband, we attended 2 lessons of 2 hours each, taught by Svetlana Tkachenko. My husband speaks Russian poorly, but Svetlana told and showed everything so clearly that he had no questions left. I had an appointment with a gynecologist, Natalya Lazarenko. She didn’t make a diagnosis, like a student and not a qualified doctor.... she didn’t answer questions terribly, but maybe that’s it... Or maybe it’s the weather conditions, or maybe it’s stress, or maybe it’s hormones.... It’s just a waste of money and not a small one.... One of the best clinics for gynecology I ever visited. Women-oriented 100%! For every visit you are taken care by the assistants and doctors, so there is no stress and you stay calm during different procedures and tests. For every test there are always the needed things such as shoelaces, napkins, hygiene pads, etc. No hurry, or rude communication, everything is nice and you don’t feel stressed or confused. For annual checks, there is a special express package that includes all the needed tests as well as ultrasound which I can advise. I come every year for my annual check, and totally can advise the doctor Vilga Irina Nikolaevna. High professionalism and sensitive attitude. Why 4 stars? The staff on the reception as well as cashier were not client-oriented recently: they didn’t tell in advance that the cards are not accepted today (for ex. they could call me to tell that I should take cash, however in 21st century paying by card should be as easy as can be plus taking under consideration that nowadays we have pandemic and it’s advised all over the world to pay by card), so I was told to go outside and take cash from the bank, which took me more time than I planned to spend in the clinic. I visited Natalya, a gynecologist and endocrinologist, who prescribed pills without mentioning anything about the side effects. There were no special problems, I went to get examined. I got problems. I have my period twice a month for 8-9 days, my face and body are covered (everything was clean before going to this clinic). I called the administrator so that the doctor would at least tell me what to do, since I can’t go to a new one because of my endless periods. Ignore. I don't recommend it to anyone. I paid fifteen hundred at the clinic itself + about another 500-1000 for medicines to make my health worse. Interesting lectures for childbirth preparation. A wonderful doctor who took births. But the whole impression changed after that. Gynecologists quit their jobs quickly - the next appointment is already with another doctor ((But the worst was pediatrics. At first everything seemed great: friendly, correct, everything is available, they can do everything, etc. But... In order to somehow "work off" the money they are paid, doctors have to pretend to be actively working. The pediatrician cannot immediately send you to the doctor, where the necessary manipulation will be done: you better go to our specialist, he will examine you, refer you to the hospital and take money for the consultation. Because of such stretching, a scar remained on the child's body. They caused panic that an URGENT operation was needed. In Okhmadita, such an operation is performed only from the age of 3, and in our case, they advised not to cut the child again. An ophthalmologist from another clinic noted that we were incorrectly given recommendations regarding eye care. The worst was when a really difficult situation came, they wash their hands - we don't have a hospital, look for it yourself. And before that, expensive analyzes were done, which did not show anything. And you, with a barely alive little child, have to solve all the problems yourself and go to a simple state hospital, where the doctors do not need to create the appearance of work. There is no time, I used services and complex packages so as not to think about where to go and what to hand over. Now everything is just terrible! Complete disregard from doctors, nurses and staff! Tests arrive partially as requested by phone or do not arrive at all for two weeks out of the stated 7-10 days! I hang up the phone, write letters, they don’t even answer!!!! Are you out of your mind there at all!?? How can you get an examination for such crazy money if you don’t care about the patient!?? I’ll go on purpose, break out of work to look at the workers and report my results! But neither I, nor my mother, nor all my friends will be served by you anymore! I repeat again!
